CTX Add on?

Hi Cathe~

I hope your recovery is going well!:)

I am enjoying my latest purchase--the CTX workouts. :) I would like to add the Gym Style workouts (each body part accordingly) to each of these. Should I do the GS before or after the CTX w/os?

I also want to say thank you for making these workouts and the rotations. I wish I had had the "courage" to try your workouts sooner (I became a Cathe follower in January)--they are awesome and give such great results. :)
 
Hi Susan! Nice to hear from you.

If you want to be really strong and focused for your strength workouts, do the GS workout first and then pop in your CTX cardio.

If you find that you need to get that cardio behind you (or you'll run the risk of "skipping it" at the end), then do it first.

Do what works for you!

Thanks Cathe! Hmmmmmm.....can you actually see and hear us while playing your dvds?????? I am learning to love cardio (thanks to your kickboxing workouts) so I'll probably go with doing it first. You couldn't stop me from doing the GS dvds--they are my absolute favorites. :)
