CTX 10-10-10?

Because the warm up and first section offer 10 min. of kickboxing, the next 9 min are hi/lo, and the last 10 are step, or 10-10-10!
 
:D I know the workout is to be done in less than an hour, but I am sure it is longer than 30 minutes. I will have to check and will let you know!
 
:D I just checked on the video page and the breakdown is as follows: 5 minute warm-up
25 minute kickboxing, hi/lo, step
15 minute triceps
4 minute stretch.
So this makes for a 50 minute workout!
 
I ususally do this one as a 30 minute cardio workout only I leave the triceps out and do strength training on another day. That's what I love about CTX. It's great for people who don't have a lot of time to workout!
