Hi Cathe,
I have a question: when doing the crunches with the medicine ball in Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance, how far up should I come? In BC it seems you come up into a V with your torso and one leg; in ME you seem to come part way up, but Cedie is in a V. Should my goal be to get the ball as close to my foot as possible when I come up?
And, fyi, this new series is great! Even though you say you are not maxed out, I am thrilled to be keeping up with you, realizing I'll be able to go harder later. My children are fascinated after previewing your DVD's with me, and now ask each time I do a workout how I am doing. Talk about accountability! My 11 year old wants to try one, but I am encouraging her to stay with her own workouts that are supervised (she's a swimmer).
