Cross Train Express Series

ME!ME!ME! I bought CTX and I love it! It's a six day rotation built into one series. The cardio sections are short, but get right to it. The ab and plank work is fabulous, and of course you've heard about Leaner Legs?!
When you're short on time, you can't go wrong. Oh, and did I forget to mention the strength work at the end of each video? They're great too!
Can't go wrong with this series, but then I don't think you can go wrong with ANY Cathe workouts!!:D

I second Sherry, I love, love, love it. This is the very first Cathe I ordered and really got motivated working out doing it. I was also able to learn all her step workouts pretty quickly. You won't regret getting this series, it's worth every penny.

Thanks, I just ordered it, looking forward to checking it out. Sounds like a good rotation. Thanks again!!! Anymore opinions are welcomed!!

The cardio sections are very challenging - Cathe packs a lot in those short sections. They are pretty high impact and intense.
Glad you ordered - this is a great series that can be used in so many ways!

Yea congratulations on your order

I saw this post after everyone else responded you will love this tape and all though the cardio sections are shorter they are very challenging and really get you working.

They were my first Cathe buys and I love them to pieces I went out and got myself a barbell and heavier dumbbells because of these tapes.

Enjoy, before I forget watch vids 1 time all the way through before attempting (advice that should be followed).

I've with the LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT crowd. One of the things that makes CTX such a valuable addition to your collection is its versatility; you can do the series strictly as produced in a 6-day rotation, or you can do your own mixing and matching among the cardio, ab/core and strength training work.

Also, you get such a good mix of cardio modes: step, kickbox and hi/lo. That keeps you sooooo fresh!

Glad you've joined the CTX gang!

I just bought it and have spent the last 4 days going thru the 1st four workouts (aerobics and upper body). All of the workouts are intense; even though the aerobic sections are only 30 minutes each, you work up quite a sweat. This morning I did the Step Only portion (workout4) and found the choreography a little difficult (more so than the 1st 3). All in all, the series is well worth it.

All Step came with the step I bought at K-Mart. I had never done any type of aerobics before. It only took me a couple of tries to get moves. I still am not coordinated with the mambos or grapevines, but I improvise. Let me tell, I sweat buckets with this 25 minute tape!!

I own Power circuit and couldn't believe what she can do in sooo short a time. I check my heart rate and it's way up there...she even manages an ab section. If all of them are like PC it must be quite a series. I read that it's good for maintenance but it will probably slay me. I want it too.

One of the best -- especially if you are short on time and want to combine cardio and some weight training.

I never tire of CTX, although I don't do Lean Legs much.

The others I use regularly -- I rotate them about every 3 weeks!
