Jai is in 8 of meso 1's 12 workouts, and Cedie is in the legs workouts from meso 1, and Brenda is in Chest, Shoulders and Bis from meso 1.
In previewing, I noticed that Cedie is in the back and biceps workouts in meso 2, the leg workouts in meso 2, and the triceps and biceps workouts in meso 3. Brenda is in chest, shoulders, & triceps from meso 2; back & bis workouts from meso 2, and back & chest from meso 3. Jai is in meso 2 legs and meso 3 plyo legs.
I know what you mean about seeing the 'familiar faces.' I can't wait to see them all again in a new cardio workout (assuming Brenda has fully recovered from her injury).
