Happy Thanksgiving,

I will join the world wide Cathe Intensity workout today.

Yesterday, I did another one of those window stretching workouts! Need to get off my lazy butt! I did take a walk with the dogs.

Sorry, for no personals! I need to get my house ready, my kids will came in 2 weeks. I want everthing done, so I can work out and enjoy the time with my kids.

I am so thankful for all my Cathe friends and this check-in! Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Got a great start with Imax 2 and a roasted veggie omelet while DH and DD were mowing down some sticky buns...:eek: I have no problem making the sticky buns, but I refuse to eat them!!!!!

Today I worked my Legs in superset fashion. Had a really good workout, almost puke status at some points. No cardio today, should have but didn't. I'll make up for it tomorrow I hope.

WARMUP:
1 minute rest between sets.
Squats - 65#/12 reps - 2 sets

QUADS/HAMSTRINGS/CALVES

1 min. 30 sec. rest between each set.

SS #1
Squats - 85#/8 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Elevated SLDL's - 80#/10 reps - 3 sets
***This one got me winded. Loved this SS.

SS #2
Static Barbell Lunges - 70#/10 reps - 3 sets
ss w/
Hamstring Curls - 40#/12 reps - 3 sets
***This one was a hamstring burner. Another good SS.

SS #3
Leg Press Station - 180#/12 reps - 4 sets
ss w/
Barbell Calf Raises - 85#/25 reps - 4 sets
***Another good SS. Legs were fried by the end of this one.

I did workout today and participated in Cathe's Intensity Challenge.

Here's today's workout:

This was super fun and this was the first workout of the new workouts I've done and it was awesome fun. I didn't have any trouble following this premix at all. Awesome stuff Cathe!:cool:

Distance= 2.01 Miles
Met Value= 9.25

Core Max Segment #1 No Equipment Abs= 21 Min

Ok, that's it for me today I'm done. Oh man Cathe get's ya good with the firewalker loop bands, love it! Jessica, I got to run today, and no pain, yay!:D:eek:
