Today I did Cardio Coach #6 with Sean. I haven't done this one in a while. I kicked butt with it. Had a great workout. I'm so excited that I'm loving cardio again, especially running.

Good morning,

I just came back from the doc. After checking out my right foot and running lots of test. He thinks it's not my foot but my back:confused: He wants me to get an MRI for my back and see a specialist for my back. He is scheduling the appointment with the hospital. He doesn't want me to do any kind of workouts, not even yoga, he said to much twisting. He wants me to rest my foot/back until I see the specialist for my back and the MRI:( This is gonna be hard, not to do anything. I hate sitting around and not do anything.

I guess, I am done with STS:( This week is my last week of M2. Wished I could finish up M2. The funny part is, I have no back pain at all:eek:

Belinda- Its possible that it could be a back issue. When your dealing with pain where you are feeling it might not be the source because of the nerves that carry the signal. I have heard doctors say that if your feeling back pain and back is hurting it would be wise to first look at your foot wear that could be the source of the pain radiating the pain up to your back. So I can understand why your doctor wants to get an MRI of your back and see what's going on there to help eliminate the possible source. I totally agree with your doctor to not workout right now at all. Its important to rest and get the pain resolved first and not make anything worse by exercising right now. I wish you all the best with everything and hope that you can rest and reduce this pain and sleep because pain is no fun. Please take care and rest! I'll be thinking of you and sending you healing wishes and prayers your way.;)

Debbie- No worries on the mix up at all. I know we both have been concerned about Belinda and want her to take it easy and forego the workouts to heal and get well. I hope the doctor can learn more about what the cause of all her pain or eliminate what it isn't from the MRI. Awesome workout today girlfriend I see you did Cardio Coach Vol.6 with Coach Sean. Hi Guys!

Been out of commission this week due to a horrible sinus cold. :confused: Felt so yucky starting Saturday night at work. Haven't been working out. Today I did KCM's Circuit Burn #2 and the Abs. 38 minutes. It was enough. Tonight we're going to the giant New England State Fair. I woke up with my sinuses dried up and a headache , took and Aleve=D so I have no appetite. Hopefully that will work in my favor at the fair! :eek:

Debbie: Nice to see you with the weights again this week. And good CC run!

Nora: OMG, the Abs from Circuit Burn are HARD! NIce job on your workouts this week!

Roxie: Hope the toe is giving you less pain. You're still hanging in there with working out . I know, you just can't say no to new KCM.. She's great!

Belinda: Oh my goodness. Good luck to you, my friend. What a horrible think you are going through!! (((hugs))). Hope this gets fixed ASAP!!!! .... Now, did you have back problems before, like a long time ago, that you had fixed? I forget. ... Please update us when you can!

Belinda - Wow, how do they think it's your back? I don't really see how that can cause foot pain, but weirder things have happened. That is really odd, though. Listen to the doctor, though, you don't want to make it worse. When is your back tests going to happen?

I walked on the TM but need to do Xtrain CB&S but there is a nasty black spider that I killed laying in the hallway freaks me out but I am not going to pick it up looks like a tarantula but as far as I know we don't have those in Kansas.

I'm trying to take it easier on the impact cardio wise for my right ankle to reduce swelling and promote healing. I still have about a fifty cent size bump seems resistant or slow to going away. I think I did fracture or brake some thing there, its apparently what they on web md refer to as a kicking type injury. In my case its not from kicking, but rather something heavy fell on it. Oh well, I will do what I can with treating for an ankle injury which I have had lots of times but never in this location of the ankle before. Go figure!

Roxie- Yikes on the spider, I hate those. I'd suggest a few paper towels place over the spider pick it up that way scooping it up not looking at it and not touching it then flush down toilet. That's what I'd do. Nice workout today how's the toe? take care and be well.;):D

Debbie- No worries, sometimes we just need to rest its what your body is telling you and you listened. That seems like a win win thing to me. Enjoy your extra sleep and rest today. Have a fab Friday and be well girlfriend;):)

Nora-I don't want to pick it up yet I want DH to see it I think it might be poisonous and I want to make sure we don't have anymore unfortunatly its right outside the bathroom and I need to go. The toe is still bothering me I untaped it but I am going to have to retape it.

Sorry for not checkin in:( Had a busy last week:( I had a mammogram done on Sept 16. I got a letter in the mail last Wednesday saying I need to get another mammogram right away.I did get another mammogram the next day.Which was really quick. I did get the results right away, I am fine. Thank goodness:D I was happy for that. Last week my family doctor was on leave, I am pretty he will schedule an appointment for an MRI this week.

I am going crazy:mad: I am so bored...My husband wont let me do anything, he wants me to sit on my butt and rest my foot. He cleaned the entire house this weekend. What a sweety! I miss working out:confused:

Debbie - that's all I want to do is eat crap:confused: Need to get a handle on that.

Today I had jury duty and got picked! :eek: Yay me! :p

Anyhow, got home around 1:30, got my mail around 2:30 and got my new Cathes!!!

So I did one of the workouts from X10, the Low Impact cardio. It was great! Tough short little cardio, 24 minutes in all with warm up and stretch. I liked it a lot!! Then I did Xtrain Burn Sets CBS.

Nora: You are doing awesome, hope your foot is healing?!?!

Debbie: Nice job pushing it with the CC's!!

Roxie: OH! I also got my new KCM today! Did you!?!?

Belinda: That is CRAZY you got a letter 2 weeks later you have to REDO your mammogram RIGHT AWAY! Why didn't they call you??! I'm glad all was ok with it! Glad to hear you're resting and your DH is making! Good man!

Sorry I didn't check in yesterday I had a dentist appt then I went and saw my cutie grandson. I did Xtrain Burn Sets CB&S, STS Med Ball Abs, and 50 squats. I have another appt at 8 this morning so I will workout later. No new workouts for me yet.

Chris-KCM came in the mail yesterday but I didn't get home until 9 last night so I haven't had a chance to look at it. My Cathes are suppose to arrive tomarrow.
 
Today I did the standing only premix of Legs & Glutes. Good workout. I haven't done that one in a long time. Loved it. Now I need to figure out which upper body workout I want to do for Thursday.

Good morning everyone! I got my new Kelly Coffey-Meyer "Trim Down" in the mail yesterday and it looks amazing since I did preview both workouts and premixes. It does look awesome and fun, I can't wait to try it out. Okay, enough about that as I will now check in that I'm done with today's workout.

I haven't been sleeping well lately and lots of stress going on in my life right now but I'm praying about it and keeping the faith. I'm really fatigued right now maybe take a nap later.

Debbie- Nicely done with Legs & Glutes workout today, its a good one. WTG on the killer workout today. Ooh if you want another classic Cathe for Upper body I'd suggest Pyramid upper body. That always gets me good,. Keep up the awesome job with your workouts girlfriend.;):):cool:
