I'm trying to take it easier on the impact cardio wise for my right ankle to reduce swelling and promote healing. I still have about a fifty cent size bump seems resistant or slow to going away. I think I did fracture or brake some thing there, its apparently what they on web md refer to as a kicking type injury. In my case its not from kicking, but rather something heavy fell on it. Oh well, I will do what I can with treating for an ankle injury which I have had lots of times but never in this location of the ankle before. Go figure!
Roxie- Yikes on the spider, I hate those. I'd suggest a few paper towels place over the spider pick it up that way scooping it up not looking at it and not touching it then flush down toilet. That's what I'd do. Nice workout today how's the toe? take care and be well.

Belinda- I'm still praying for you to get some relief from that pain in your foot ASAP! I hope you won't have to wait for a long time to get that MRI of your back, fingers crossed.
