Xtrain- D5 Legs- Premix#11 Standing Legs + Rear Delts= 43 Min
MV= 6.50
CB= 384
Love this premix with Rear Delts and its nothing I've seen with Cathe before its a winner! But then again its hard not to love Xtrain.
Xtrain-D9-Tabatacise- Premix#2 Tabatas 1-2 +Core#2= 37 Min
MV= 9.0
CB= 457
Oh man, Core #2 is killer. I think the abs for Core 1 and Core 2 in Xtrain are wicked tough, but effective and good.
Total calories burned/Xtrain incinerated= 841

Debbie- Of course I will pray for your mom and for her eye surgery to be successful in restoring much more if not most of her vision. I've been praying for that very thing when you first told us about it before the doctor's scheduler called to set up an appointment.
