Ladies, I appreciate your understanding my need to just sulk yesterday! I guess we all get like that once in a while. I'm feeling great this morning, though and can't wait to get my workout in: cardio & back.bi's. However, something happened to the ignition on our hot-water heater last night and we have no hot water or heat at the moment. So, if I workout now, I can look forward to a nice, cold shower when I'm through...:(

Belinda - I haven't downloaded the workout blender yet. Not sure how I would use it though. Would I have to burn the workouts I create onto a disc to use in my dvd player?

I actually have the house all to myself right now. DH & DD went out to breakfast. It's their "thing" and I think it's so cute!! I should probably clean the house...:rolleyes: Or maybe just make another cup of coffee and enjoy the silence.

I am headed upstairs to do TF 45EZ and Stretch 10 but first I need to clean the shower before we use it today, I hate to clean a wet shower.

Melissa-glad to hear you are feeling better today. To cute about DH and DD.

Belinda-have a good workout. Not sure I want to play with the blender I am not very computer savvy.
 
Today was Shoulders & Traps and I had a great workout! This is the end of week 7. One more week and I'm on a weeks hiatus! :D

2 minutes rest between each exercise except when I went to the 15 rep sets. Went right into it after the 3rd set!

SHOULDERS:
Overhead Barbell Press - 35#/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)
Overhead Barbell Press - 60#/6 reps - 3 sets
Overhead Barbell Press - 45#/10 reps
***Up 3# for the 6 rep sets and 2# for the 15 rep set. I could only manage 10 this morning.

Upright Rows - 57#/6 reps - 1 set
Upright Rows - 60#/6 reps - 2 sets
Upright Rows - 45#/15 reps
***Up 5# for the 6 rep sets, Up 4# for the 15 rep set.

Seated Lateral Raise - 15's/6 reps - 1 set
Seated Lateral Raise - 16's/6 reps - 2 sets
Seated Lateral Raise - 12's/15 reps
***Stayed with 15's at first to see how my right shoulder would do. It felt ok so I upped it 1# from last week for the next 2 sets. Up 1# for the 15 rep set.

Seated Bent Over Lateral Raise - 22's/6 reps - 3 sets
Seated Bent Over Lateral Raise - 15's/15 reps
***Up 2# for the 6 rep sets, really felt them. Stayed the same with the 5 rep set.

TRAPS:
Barbell Shrugs - 85#/25 reps - 4 sets
***Up 5# from last week. Last set was pretty hard. Only took a 1 minute rest between each set.

ABS:
Muscle Endurance Ab Work
***LOVE this one!!! Did abs twice this week! :eek:

Roxie - Yesterday I did the stretch from SB and today I did the stretch from ME. Still need to get some done in the evenings, though. Thanks for the reminder! :D

Upright Rows - 65#/6 reps - 3 sets, up 5#
Upright Rows - 30#/25 reps, up 4#

Seated Lateral Raise - 18's/6 reps - 1 set, up 3# way to heavy.
Seated Lateral Raise - 16's/6 reps - 2 sets, up 1#
Seated Lateral Raise - 10's/25 reps, up 1#

Seated Bent Over Lateral Raise - 16's/6 reps - 3 sets, up 1#
Seated Bent Over Lateral Raise - 10's/25 rep, up 1 #

TRAPS:
Barbell Shrugs - 80#/25 reps - 4 sets, same as week 3!

I'll just check in quickly, I don't know if I'll be able to come back for personals or not. I may need to go to the E.R. if weird symptoms persist. We'll see.


Here's today's workout:

Cardio Fusion= 71 Min
Calories burned= 630
Met Value= 6.50

Core Max- Med Ball workout#3= 21 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 143

I could barely do CF I was 18 minutes into it and then I got this weird pain in an embarrassing place that felt like pressure and it now seems to be also in the front low abdomen on the left side and lots of instant bloat. Oh well, at least this kind of weird isn't MS, LOL!! I'm hoping it will go away, but I'll check it out on web md.

Total calories burned= 773;)
