Hi Girls!
I debated, once again, on what I should do today. A run at the park or TF 30 and a stretch. I opted for the run! Being outside at the park felt amazing and I'm so glad I did that! I run "cross country" style, and ran for 40 minutes w/ stretch. NOt sure how long that is?
Nora: I'm glad you were able to see the David Osmond interview. I found him so inspiring, like I do you!! . It just goes to show, it's HUGE to have a positive attitude and to FIGHT. You are so strong , in body and will. I have giant admiration for you! ... Yes! Turbo Jam almost seemed nostalgic compared to TF! So true! ..

Debbie: You are SUPERwoman too! Holy crap, AND your knee was bothering you and you still used such giancantuan weights!
Jessica: Enjoy your run later! Nice that you got to sleep through. I get one night a week I can sleep through. Otherwise, I've been up at 12am and 3am checking my son's blood sugars for the past 6 years, since he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I sooo appreciate that one night a week!
Roxie: How many times have you done Stretch 40? I have to say, i didn't like it so much the first time. It has actually grown on me. It took maybe 3 times for me to LIKE it. Now I really like it alot!
Heather: Nice job on the chest and legs yesterday! You should go lower in weights for lower body to combat the "booty issue". Right?
Melissa: Sorry for your busy day. I hate crunched days like that. where are you traveling next week?
Off to get some Halloween stuff out. My DH and boys are carving pumpkins when they get out of school today... Fun fun!!
