Today I will start M3 D25 (CB):D

Back at it again with the rotation I did before my week off. I want to do it all over again. Started this morning and had a great workout.

3 sets/5 reps - 1 minute rest between each set.

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 95#
Barbell Row - 85#
Squats - 110#
Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 90#
Barbell Curl - 60#
Close Grip Bench Press - 85#

Went about 5# higher this time then when I started the last time. Felt good and strong this morning even though its ttom.

C&Ws done this morning. Discovered I am not very coordinated in the morning. I plan on going for a walk after work and I still need to do a stretch of some kind.

This weekend I got in a long run on Saturday then did weights yesterday with 2 combos of the Boxing then abs from HR after. The weights were the same as last Sunday but done as supersets of 2x15.

Today it's gorgeous out again - 80 degrees! I am hoping to get in a run after work if my allergies cooperate.

Roxie - LOL, neither am I and that's why I rarely get in morning workouts!!

Debbie - holy cow on the press. You freaking rock lady!!

Roxie - I see you got up early to workout. You'll get use to it. How long were you up before you started your workout? I am up about an hour before I workout, that way I'm awake and not dizzy. I also have a cup of coffee and eat something before I workout. It helps. Nice job!

Heather - Nice workouts! Is your weather getting better? Ours has been ok, in the 50's. Much better then 10 below!

Debbie-I went immediately from my bed to my workout room, if I give myself time to wakeup I will talk myself out of it. I knew DD was coming over tonite and the weather is so nice I wanted to get it over with so I could go for a walk. Its 80 degrees here today.
 
Debbie - our weather is really nice this week. It was low 70's on Sat, but warmed up into 80's yesterday and again today. Pretty much the same all week up until the weekend then cooling into 60's.

Barbell Rows - 80#/8 reps, up up 5#

Flat Bench Chest Flyes - 24's/8 reps, up 2#
One Arm Row - 38#/8 reps, up 12#

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 80#/8 reps, up 5#
Deadlifts - 64#/8 reps (did leg curls 45#,last round of STS)

Incline Chest Flyes - 24's/8 reps, up 2#
One Arm Horizontal Row - 38#/8 reps, 12#

Debbie - as always your weights are amazing!

All my suitcases are packed already:eek: Needed to see what I need to pack and what can stay:rolleyes: I realized I have way to much cloth:pWe have the movers here tomorrow(I will have another shipment next month), I sent probably way to much cloth, but who cares:p My gym bag for the RT also packed and ready to go tomorrow:D I also sending 3 sets of DB's (8's,10's and 15's), I don't wonna buy more DB's! I am beat, all we been doing since yesterday is packing cloth. At least I don't have to pack mine + DH suitcases anymore, it's all done:eek:

Hi Girls!

Had an extremely quiet weekend at work this weekend. I didn't feel quite as wiped out as I usually do on Mondays.

Today I did C&W like Roxie! I wasn't really excited about doing it, but once I did, the music drew me in! Wicked fun!!!!

Roxie: I think in all the weeks so far, the rotation has abs in 4 times!! It seems like a LOT, I agree!!! Enjoy your nice weather. We had freakin' snow today. It only added up to a coating on the ground, but it is cold and gray and dreary out here.

Belinda: I've been watching your STS progress, and thinking how your move is coming quickly. Can't believe it , I'm sure you can't either.

Heather: I'm soooOOoooo jealous of your nice warm temperatures. I truly am tired of feeling cold all the time here!

Debbie: Back in it! Are you feeling good about it?! Hope you planned some fun cardio to keep you happy!

Sorry, about the lateness of my check in. I'll just check in and call it a night. I hurt my back Saturday I slipped and fell in the tub when I was cleaning it. Not fun, so I'm moving around a bit more slowly than usual, sort of stiff and sore.
