Hi and good morning,

I will do D24 (BB) this morning. Sorry, I don't have time for personals right now, I have to get my workout in, than drive to the Tierklinik (vet) in Nuernberg with Browler. Need to have him tested for seizures:(

Have a great workout and day, everyone! BBL!

Morning,

I just finished D24, the last disc in M2! I also did the extended stretch, which felt great after that back workout. I still need to work my abs today, ran out of time. Need to get ready to take my dog to the vet, I promise I will do them tonight. If DH is up to it, maybe I will do STS ab circuit with the partner...that one is a lot of fun.

Enjoy your workout, girls. I will be back later this afternoon. Take care!

Last night I hit the gym for Day 2 of Week 1 of my total body workout. I started with 10 mins on the elliptical did the weights, some abs, and another 10 on the elliptical:

The following exercises are done as 3 sets of 8 reps (straight sets).

Arnold press - 20's
Alternating dumbbell curls - 20's
Flat bench dumbbell press - 25's (just can't safely hoist 30's in place)
Single-arm row - 30
Cross-body curls - 15's (need to start taking weighted gloves to gym)
Lying dumbbell triceps extension - 15's (again need gloves)
Calf raises (skipped these as calves still pretty tight)
Rear-leg elevated lunges - 40#
Squats (actually ended up doing walking lunges as couldn't get to squat rack, 40#)
Alternating plie squats - 30

This morning I woke up early enough to get MMA Boxing done.

Belinda - hope everything is ok with your furbaby.

Nora - you crazy girl - that calorie burn last night was pretty good in my book! The only time I ever get over 600 is when I go for 7+ mile runs

Roxie - woohoo on sore muscle!!! :p

Waves to Debbie, Chris & Jessica!

Today was cardio but instead I'm planning on going grocery shopping as soon as I get ready due to a snow storm we are having. It's suppose to get worse this afternoon so I want to get my groceries done early.

If I feel like it I'll do cardio later. If not, it's a rest day. :D

Prayers to the people in Japan and out in the west coast of the U.S. Very sad day today.

Good Morning,

It is going to be a beautiful day here so I am going to go for a walk after work. Abs and Biceps are killing me today.

Belinda-hope everything turns out ok for your puppy.

Heather-nice workout.

Debbie-so sorry to hear you are having snow, we are going to have upper 60 to lower 70 temps today with a little breeze. It is a horrible thing that happened in Japan I have been looking at pictures all morning.

Hi Girls!

Today I did Body Max 2, all of it, except for abs. I toned it down a notch by not using a step. My calf still pulled a little and is a tiny bit sore now. Weird that it happened even without the step! Anyhow, KILLER long workout, it kicked my ass, seriously. After pushing through those power circuits w/ legs, she BURNS your upper body out good! Actually, an awesome workout. It may have been just a little much for me. I'm feeling a little fatigued from TOM, and maybe from last week's sickies too.

I am saving the abs for tomorrow!

Yes, I can't even imagine the destruction from the tsunami. So helpless and devastating. I pray the West Coast is ok and it doesn't do any damage!!!

Belinda: Nice job finishing up Meso 2 today!! Hope your doggie is ok.

Heather: Great job on the weights yesterday!!! You're back in it! I'd say your training was right on the money if you had minimal residual soreness. So proud of you!!!

Roxie: Enjoy that nice weather! Gym Style weight work REALLY made me sore thsi week too!!

Debbie: Snow? Get OUT! You're kidding? that so sucks. I think I'd need antidepressents if it snowed here again.

Nora: thanks for being concerned about me. You're a sweetheart! I did ok today, as I said, toned it down a notch and did it without the step. But I do feel a bit wiped out. Nice job on the Kettlebell workout and CF Yoga yesterday! Hope your neck feels better today?

*waves* to Jess!! How's the rain there? It's actually stopped here and the sun is shining!!

Well. I am officially DOMS-city over here. Note to self: core fusion class (not the DVD) AND Kick in one day might be a wee bit too much. At least when its done on top of already sore/heavy muscles! I am DEAD tired today. I ended up doing Core Energy Yoga Flow which loosed me up a bit but still, SUPER sore. And the more I sit, the more sore I'm getting. owww! Gotta love a good workout week when you're feeling DOMS for days on end! hehe.

Heather - NICE on getting that workout done and over with so you can enjoy your Friday night!

Chris - Body Max 2 is a goodie but killer!! It's still raining here, but at least it's warmer out! I'll take it!

Nora - I think I need to take your advice on the sore muscles. Oof.

Belinda - hope your pup is ok! My sister had one of her dogs witih seizures and he was diagnosed with epilepsy :( it's controlled with meds though which is good news. Good luck!

Debbie - good luck with the snow. BOO! Take the rest day!

TGIF!

Hi girls~;)

I didn't workout today, I wanted to but my neck hurt so much and I couldn't turn my head so I decided I'd better not risk injury so I didn't push it. I sadly took an unscheduled day off. I didn't go to bed until 3 am afraid of what the Tsunami would do to us in Oregon. I live further inland than those on the coast but still it was scary. I woke up at 9 am and ran to the TV to find out what was effected by the tsunami since they'd activated the Tsunami warning and had already evacuated those that live right on the Oregon coast line. We have a reverse 911 thing where the cops call people in the event of a natural disaster and tell people to leave and get what the absolutely must to evacuate and where to go. It turns out the waves were about six to 8 feet or so in the coastal areas of california, oregon, and washinghton. There was some damage but it was minor in comparison to Japan and not anything scary or devastating in physical damage to buildings or loss of human life. I'm so grateful that it wasn't worse for Oregon, but my heart breaks for the unimaginable devastation and loss that those in Japan and those that live closer to Japan who suffered severely as a result. My prayers are with those folks.

Hugs to everyone!

ps. I hope to be able to workout tomorrow, fingers crossed.;)

Nora
