Chris- Nice workouts this week so far with : Monday you did KCM's Body Shop, workout #1, Tuesday you did Pyramid Upper & Lower Body Premix, and
today you did Peak Fit More Cardio Interval Burn. Nicely Done girlfriend. Sorry about the plantar fasciitis icing it before and after helps plus motrin too and of course rest is awesome. Please take care and feel better.
Debbie- Sorry about the technical difficulties with power to the TV and DVD player, but good for you going with the push pull idea and doing it on your own since you could not play the dvd. Nice job of winging it and still getting in the workout, well done, WTG girlfriend!!
