Crazy, strong & loving it for June!

Went for a 1.5 mile walk this morning. Did JMBR Week7 workout 8 (like this one a lot) I also did Jessica Core Stretch and Turbo Fire 30. I am beat!

Thanks Nora. I sure hope so! Good job on your DOMS and workouts. Looking great.

I wanted to do Push/Pull today but my electric went out yesterday for some odd reason and my TV/DVD player needs to be setup again and I don't know how to do it. It's an old TV and I don't even think I have the remote for it. I'll have to wait until Gene gets home and ask him how to fix it. Anyways, I just winged it and did my own Push/Pull. Had an ok workout, didn't really feel much like working out as it was. Almost went back to bed! :)

Belinda - I know how that goes with pets. My kitties follow me everywhere and I always have to make sure they are out of rooms we close. We've done the same thing a few times but at least they can't dig up the carpet! LOL!
 
Hey Girls!

This week my foot has been hurting a bit from Plantar Fasciitis. Been trying to rest it, but I couldn't hold back today.

Monday I did KCM's Body Shop, workout #1.
Tuesday I did Pyramid Upper & Lower Body Premix.
Today I did Peak Fit More Cardio Interval Burn.

I've been using a tennis ball and ice for my foot.

Belinda: Your poor dogga and your poor carpet! What a bad experience !!

Roxie: Sorry you did't like KCM's new Kickboxing. I haven't done it yet either. HOpe I'm not so disappointed.

Debbie: Kudos for you for doing your own version or Push/Pull!

Nora: Fun that you're doing some new workouts this week with Xtrain! I love all of Xtrain,except for Hard Strikes. I wasn't a fan of the jumping, it hurt my feet too much. I do love the Heavy Bag Tabata Bonus from it though.

DH had a really early dentist appt so we had to leave home really early so I am tired probably won't workout today I will switch my rest days around.

Debbie-I would be in your shoes if something ever went wrong with the tv its new and really confusing.

Today was cardio and I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes. I'm going to make up a few new ones because these are getting stale. But I had a puke status workout. Had to cut it short by 2 sprints due to time, but I still got an hour in and had a great workout.

Good Morning,

Today I will do KCM's TLC and CK25. I did 60 squats and some abs out of the new Oxygen Abs magazine and they were tough I could only do 1 of the 3 sets I have neglected them to long they are getting weak. Workouts are complete.

Debbie-hows the electronic situation? Good job with your workout.

Belinda-I kept hitting that button last night its so irritating.

I had a butt kicker of a workout today and its really warm and humid in the house so it gave me some major fatigue today.

Here's today's workout:

KCM 30MTF Total Body KickBox- Split Mix 1st half of WO#1 and WO #2= 25 Min

Xtrain- Disc#7 All Out Low Impact HiiT= 39 Min

Today I neded to do some yoga, my muscles are tight everywhere again. I chose Cathe's Yoga Relax and it really felt nice doing it. My muscles feel better now. It's amazing how tight they get in just such a short amount of time.

Roxie - My TV/DVD player still isn't working. I did my yoga in my living room this a.m. I have to have my dh take a look at it. I keep forgetting until I need to use it.

I did KCM's Your Best Body 1 to make up Wednesday workout and then I did abs from oxygen then went for a 1.91 mile walk outside. We are headed to the lake this afternoon.

Debbie-I did a little bit of yoga this morning its the stretch that goes with the above workout and I can tell I really need more.

Didn't check in yesterday...

I did Push/Pull, which I hadn't done in a long time (inspired by Debbie! :)) Had a good workout and feel some good DOMS esp in my legs today! Also did Abs and 100 KB Swings.

Today was KCM's Total Body Kickbox #1. I wasn't super impressed. It was fun-nish. But not a big challenge. Roxie, I know you said it was hard to follow and you didn't get a big burn, but I didnt' feel like I got a big burn and I DID follow the whole thing. Until the end. I jumped when she gave the options to jump. then I started sweating Oddly enough, I was a little bored with it in the beginning Oh well. Good light day workout, I guess. I also did Low Impact Tabata from Crossfire and then did my 100 KB Swings.

:eek: on that carpet price, Belinda! That is CRAZY!!! Guess I won't even look into replacing ours soon (it's the original from 18 years ago!) Nice job on the workouts, there!

Oh, I did Yoga Relax too, yesterday, Roxie! Felt great!

Nora, I bet you are having some good DOMS in lower body today!

I have been rolling my foot on a tennis ball and water bottle of ice. It really does help! I do have new shoes. I wear my nice supportive running shoes to work now.Used to wear crocs. No bueno!

Morning girls,

I will do JMBR Cardio 2 and Jessica's " Floor Barre" today. Yesterday I realized I will not finish the JMBR rotation before our vacation. I am in week 7, starting week 8 next week. Meaning I am 2 weeks short. Maybe I will do the workouts back to back:eek: or do 2 a day? Hope this makes sense to you?

Today was a mini workout. All I could get done , besides cleaning my house!, was 200 KB Swings and my June Ab Challenge work! 16 minutes!

Working weekend, as usual for me!

Before we went to the lake I did KCM's Circuit Burn 1 and CK25 WK1 D1 and there was alot of running. I still need to do 75 squats.
 
Hi girls;)

No workout for today for me. I couldn't sleep last night my neck was a giant knot and painful and it felt even worse after I fell asleep out of sheer exhaustion. I awoke to extreme neck pain and tightness in the neck and trapezius muscles so I decided skip the workout and avoid causing an impending neck injury by pushing it. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I will try to spend mine resting my neck and hopefully I'll be able to workout next week.
