Crazy, strong & loving it for June!

Headache is gone! yay!

It was bad. I hope they don't start coming back, if they do, I'll have to call my doc. though I go back to see him in August for follow up on the preventative med I'm on now.

My workout today was Jillian's Killer Buns and Thighs Workout , #2. It was tough! I did 100 weighted squats afterwards and then Stretch Max #1.

Belinda: Sorry about the spur!!!! My PF has been acting up too. I've been icing it and using a tennis ball a lot..

Nora: As always, rocking it!!! Love your workouts! You must be feeling better..

Debbie: MM!!! WOW! There's an oldie! You must have loved doing it!! Hope you feel ok tomorrow.

Roxie: The weather there and the lake sound lovely! Enjoy!

No workout today. I was up in the middle of the night waiting for a storm to go over. It got pretty bad around 2 a.m. I went downstairs to watch the radar and it moved through pretty quickly but then I couldn't get back to sleep. My alarm went off at 4:30 and I just shut it off. I'm glad we didn't get hit as bad as they said. They kept saying tornadoes but luckily I don't think any touched down.

I did KCM's Body Shop 2 and that was a toughie and then I did CK25 WK5 D3 and I was suppose to run for 20 minutes and I set a pace of 4.0mph at a 1% incline and I could only do 10 minutes before my shins started to hurt so I ended up dropping to 3.5 but it didn't help so I ended up walking the rest of the time and then I did 80 squats. I have Asics shoes so I know its not the shoes so I need to work on my stride I was disappointed in myself.

Debbie-I have done that a time or too. I am always afraid I won't here the sirens.
 
Hi girls;)

I'm not feeling well today with lots of low back pain and fatigue the same as all yesterday. I'm so over this I want to feel better. Oh well I did force myself to workout and will now check in.

No workout today either. I'm taking today and the weekend off and then starting fresh on Monday. I'll be able to workout later because we are on our summer schedule so I'm sure my workouts will be better. Hoping to add a little more lifting in.

I did KCM's Body Training 1 Standing Legs and then 30 mins on the TM. I woke up really wiped out this morning and I don't know why I didn't want to get up and I barely had enough energy to workout.

Today I did Cardio Coach #2 revised and had a great workout. I don't do that one often, but when I do I end up really having a good time with it. I ran like a mofo today.

We went to the lake yesterday and before we left I walked on the TM for 45 minutes. Today if I ever get moving I was up at 3 am because the weather alert kept going off so I have no energy right now. I will do KCMs new kickbox workout again for the second time and I am hoping it goes better then the first time I tried it and then CK25 WK6 D2 if my shins can take it, I run for 10 minutes then walk for 3 then run for another 10 then cool down we will see.

Debbie-it feels good when you have a great workout awesome job.

Today I did High Reps and had a pretty decent workout. I'm still very cautious of how I'm working out and how much weight I'm lifting. As soon as I feel my shoulder area start getting tight I stop. I only had to stop a couple times so I guess I'm doing ok. We'll see how I feel later on tonight or tomorrow. I like this workout, it's fun.

Nora - Good for you girl! Listen to your body and you can't go wrong!

Roxie - I hear you on the storms. We've been getting a lot here too.
 
Hi All!

I'm going low impact this week to rest my foot. It's still hurting from PF. I was upset about it, because I really wanted to do the Peak Fit 6 week Challenge, but it just can't happen. It is what it is.

I've been low impact since Thursday, and it does seem to be feeling better.

yesterday was Xtrain Burn Set Bi's and Tri's + 100 KB Swings. + Core #1.

Today I did Cardio Supersets from the Low Impact Series. And alternated 25 KB Swings with 30# weighted squats until I got to my 100.

This is the last week of the Spring 100 Squat a Day challenge ! I've been doing 100 squats (of different forms) every day since the start of Spring!! :eek:

Belinda: Are you still doing Low Impact too? How's your foot?

I did KCM's Muscle Definition 1 then attempted CK25 WK6 D2 but running just kills my shins so I walked more then ran and after I got on the scale this morning I went for a 2 mile walk outside. For some reason I have gained 3lbs this month and there have been days like when we go to the lake that I don't eat alot so I just don't understand what is going on. We are headed to the lake this afternoon.

My workout is done! This morning I did 35 min yoga, just finished Jessica's " Indoor Jogging/Power walk", loved it. I also did 10 Min Trainer abs.

I chose to do a stretch workout today because my muscles are so tight after that workout from yesterday. No pain, though, so that is a good thing!

I did Karen Voight's Yoga Strength workout. It's only 30 minutes but it was perfect for today.

I'm getting her new stretch workout hopefully soon, I ordered it on Monday, it looks like a good one:

I should have done a little more but had a headache (TTOM) and just wanted to get in and get it done. So that's what I did. I'll run like a fool tomorrow. :D

Chris - Is there anything that can be done about PF? I've heard horror stories from people who has had that. Isn't there something that can be done?
 
Hi Girls!

today I did Peak Fit's 360 for the first time. It's done barefoot, combo of some cardio/pilates/yoga/stretching. I did about 3/4's of it. She got to some move that I couldn't do, and I lost my interest. I did a ZWOW, low impact, #43 (in case you're interested) and then did 100 KB Swings.

Debbie: So far I'm resting my foot, icing it, doing stretches. It does seem to be getting much better. I need to lay off the high impact. I got it once before and it went away with the same treatment (I got it after doing Insanity...HIGH impact). .. Good stretch today and that new Karen Voight looks great!!

Roxie: Sorry about your shins. I know that pain. Hope they feel better soon.

Belinda: Sounds like a good workout today! Yoga is always a good choice!!
