Crazy, strong & loving it for June!

Good morning,

Last night my lap got a hold of a baby bunny in our back yard:( The bunny was so tiny. At first I thought he had a rat in his mouth, that poor thing was screaming so loud. We called Animal Control, but they never showed up. We didn't know what to do? I didn't wanted that poor baby to suffer. So we took it to an Animal Clinic 12 miles from our house. By the time we came home was midnight. I will call this morning to see how the little guy is doing. I am praying he made it.

I did Jessica's floor barre yesterday, which was awesome. Another one I have to remember for the furtur.My stomach is bordering me lately, so I didn't do JMBR cardio 2. I will do the cardio today.

Today was cardio and I made up two new Cardio Coach mixes last week. I did one of them today but the last challenge wasn't the right challenge. Oh well. Had a good workout anyways.

It's raining (again) but at least getting warmer out. Geez, you would think it was fall here and not summer. Very frustrating when you wait all year for warm weather.

Today is our 30th Anniversary so we are going to go out for supper. I will do KCMs Body KB2 and CK25 Wk5 D2 and 80 squats.

Debbie-from what I got out of the post which was hard that her dog attacked a bunny rabbit so they took it to a vet. Good job on your workout.

Debbie - my dog was chasing a baby bunny. He is a dog! The vet told me his dog did the same thing a few years ago. I think my dogs thought it was a dog toy? I don't think he wanted to hurt it. He never seen nor been around rabbits before. As soon as the rabbit screamed, he let it go. We called the vet yesterday, they told us they transferred the baby bunny to the Wildlife Rescue. Since my other post was to hard to read, I hope this one is not.
 
I finished my workouts and I have to say this particular week of CK25 is really tough and I liked this Kickbox workout compared to her other one.

Belinda- Sorry to hear about the ordeal with the bunny, you did the right thing with taking it to a animal clinic that later transferred it to a wildlife rescue place. Don't be upset with your dogs they did realize what it was. I am glad the little bunny is doing better. ;)

Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown #2. I like that workout but can do without listening to Jillians annoying comments to Beshera (sp?). So annoying.

Belinda - LOL! Ok, I get it now. Poor bunny, I hope he's ok. I read your original post and you wrote "lap" instead of "lab" and I couldn't figure out what your lap was doing with a bunny. :) Sorry about that! I never thought to think of a dog. And these things happen, dogs like chasing bunnies. I hope the little guy is ok.

Yesterday I did Peak Fit Cardio Strength 2 and 100 KB Swings w/ squats.

Today was Xtrain Bi's and Tri's and 100 KB Swings alternating with Squats (30 lb weighted) and Abs.

Been fighting a bad headache for 3 days and feeling shitty.

Today was lifting and I chose Muscle Max. I haven't done that workout in ages. Had a great workout. I hope I didn't over do it. I stopped when I felt like I was.

I did KCM's Stepboxing 1. Today we are headed to the lake with youngest DD and her BF its there first time on our boat. Its suppose to be 90 here today and the water is 70 degrees so it is going to feel good.

Good afternoon,

My PF/heal spur is back! Saw the foot doc this morning, got a cortisone shots:( I guess, no more JMBR for awhile:eek: Not happy about that! The doc said, for the next 2 weeks no high impact workouts. In 2 day's I can do low impact workouts again, if my PF/heal spur isn't bordering me a lot. Not sure, what I will do today? Jessica's workout for today, is HiiT, can't do that one today. Maybe I switch the workouts around? Or I do a XTrain UB workout? Not sure yet?

I will be back later.

Hey All,

Headache is gone! yay!

It was bad. I hope they don't start coming back, if they do, I'll have to call my doc. though I go back to see him in August for follow up on the preventative med I'm on now.

My workout today was Jillian's Killer Buns and Thighs Workout , #2. It was tough! I did 100 weighted squats afterwards and then Stretch Max #1.

Belinda: Sorry about the spur!!!! My PF has been acting up too. I've been icing it and using a tennis ball a lot..

Nora: As always, rocking it!!! Love your workouts! You must be feeling better..

Debbie: MM!!! WOW! There's an oldie! You must have loved doing it!! Hope you feel ok tomorrow.

Roxie: The weather there and the lake sound lovely! Enjoy!
