Crazy, strong & loving it for June!

I did all my workouts this morning. I also did Jessica's "How to get Rid of Saddlebags & Inner Thigh Bulge:D Love her workouts!

Chris - did you see a doc for your PF? Maybe you need a cortisone shot:confused: Nothing help with my PF. I am having problems with PF since last year. Go, see a doctor! I waited way to long! I can't do high impact anymore:confused: as soon as I up the intensity my foot hurts:eek:

Debbie - have to check out that dvd. Good job this morning.

We went to the lake again today and I did abs from Oxygen magazine while laying on the back of the boat but thats it I have a migraine and the sun didn't help much.

Chris-when I had PF it took me almost a year to get rid of it and the only thing that helped was wearing Asics with a insert for it. I am now having another bout because I don't wear shoes around the house so practically never only to workout.

Belinda-hope yours gets better soon.

Debbie-good job with your yoga.

Today I did cardio and chose Run Fit. Had a pretty good workout but my HR was way up there today. Not sure why? :shrug: It's been about two weeks since I've done this workout, but still. Not sure why I couldn't keep my HR down. Ran like a fool, like a fool!

Roxie - That could be your problem with your shins - you need to be wearing supoortive shoes. And if it's happening while you're working out, check your workout shoes, you may need new ones.

I learned not to do 2 workouts when your head hurts but I am caught up now, I did KCM's TLC2 Boxing Conditioning and YBB 2. I may go for a walk later we will have to see.

Debbie-you are probably right but its so hot that wearing shoes is a pain. I know its not my asics I just bought those last summer and they are the ones a running company recommends.
 
No workout today. TTOM and I'm not feeling really good. Headache, cramps, etc. Just didn't have the energy to do anything.

It's finally getting warm here. It's suppose to hit 83 today, that's a heat wave compared to what it's been here. Yesterday was beautiful, though. 76 degrees, low humidity. That is how summer should be all summer long!

Roxie - Depends on how many miles you have on them, although you don't run much. But you still do cardio and that counts. You should be replacing your shoes every 6 months, especially if you workout hard and I know you do. Think about it. You can use your old asics to wear around the house to give you some support.

I did KCM's KBXing and then went for a 2.46 mile walk before it gets hot outside. Its really windy here today so we won't be able to go to the lake.

Debbie-I know I need another around the house pair of shoes so maybe its time to replace these and wear those around I just need to convince DH. Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well and I sympathize my head is still killing me. Its suppose to be in the upper 90's with a heat index of over 100.

Today I will do KCM's Total Body Shop 1&2 and then a walk.

Debbie-I have a question for you, I think my old boss is giving me a bad reference out of spite and pettiness, I called her on Friday asking how there house is out in Colorado because it is in the line of the fires and she wouldn't take my phone call she had her husband answer the phone. So my question to you is DH suggested I just leave her off my next app but that is 8 years of my work history or do I mark do not contact and see if they ask why? Most jobs have to be done online there is no way to leave a comment.

Today I did cardio and chose one of the Cardio Coach mixes I just recently made. It included the last 2 challenges from CC #8 which are tough challenges. I did well with this workout. I then did the leg/buttocks/hip stretch from the new Karen Voight DVD I just got. Nice stretch workout, can't wait to do to the whole thing.

I have to say, Coach Sean still inspires me with these cardio workouts. I wish he would have listened to his words a bit more and overcame the stuff he was going through. Such a shame that he isn't with us anymore. :( Thanks for the motivation, Coach Sean!

Roxie - Is there anyone else from that job you were at for 8 years that you could use as a reference besides your boss? It isn't stated anywhere that you need to use your "bosses" as a reference, just a reference. Use someone else that worked with you there and that you got along with. That's what I would do.

No workout for me today, I have a terrible headache. I have a mammogram today and I stopped drinking coffee at noon yesterday. I know this is a caffeine deprived headache and it's bad. Can't wait to get the mammogram done and get me a nice cup of coffee. STRONG!

Roxie - I thought you worked at a hospital? I'm not sure what else to suggest with your boss being your reference. That sucks that she's being like that. I would think that's illegal to do, you've been a good employee for her all these years. But you can't really prove she's giving you bad reviews.

It started out really stormy here today. I did KCM's Body Shop 1 and Cardio Quick Fix Premix 1. I was suppose to do body shop 1&2 but I just wasn't up to both workouts TOM has wiped me out.

Debbie-I worked in a medical supply store and you are right I can't prove it but I have heard her do it when people have called about people that use to work for them and yes its illegal but she does it anyway. I hope your mammogram goes well and you get some caffine in you soon.

Wow, I can't believe how bad my head hurt yesterday. I had to wait until 2:30 to get some coffee in me. After that I was ok but dang, I can't believe how addicted to caffeine I am.

No workout today either, we had flooding in our bathroom last night due to torential rains. Good lord did it come down. I've spent the morning cleaning it up. :(

I ordered Cathe's Total Body TriSets workout. I can't wait to get it. I hope it's good. I don't knwo what series that one is from? Anyone know? It seems to be a stand alone workout.
