This has some great ab work on here, but I noticed the last time I did this one that it killed my neck it was messed up for a few days afterward. I think it was the pilates style hundreds and stuff where you hold your neck off the floor moves that did it. I probably won't reach for this one very often. Now I do love the Abs Rappido that is part of the deluxe set. The Abs Rappido is standing ab work with a weight or bands. This is an excellent quick ab workout and no neck issues with that one at all. Also, I gotta say Tummy Tuck has Ab hovers those kill my wrists I hate those. So other than that I had a great workout today really loved the Pump Extreme, Les Mills Pump makes working out with weights fun and invigorating, love it. Now that's saying something as I'm now in week #12 of it.

That's it for me today starting to feel like I'm ready to be done with my Les Mills Pump rotation so I can take a week or two off from working out. I think doing a three month rotation can do that to you, so a nice rest is in order. I have one more week of Les Mills Pump after this and then I take my break, I can't wait!:cool:

I did see you all have been kickin' butt on your workouts, bravo ladies way to go! Keep up the great job, your fitness goals are in sight. ;):)

Hugs to everyone!;):)

The back-off sets burned. I just threw those in because I felt like it.

Morning girls,

Haven't worked out since Sunday. I did do 20 min Back Care yoga w/Rodney Yee and a 20 min walk last night, if you can call that a workout? Don't know what I did on Sunday to my back, but it's hurting like hell. My husband thinks I pinched a nerve in my lower back:confused: I was doing Intensity on Sunday, felt a sharp pain in my back...instead of stopping I kept going:confused::rolleyes: now I am paying for it. I had to promise DH that I won't workout. The last time I was in so much pain was, when I slipped my disc in Germany:mad: i really hope it's just a pinched nerve. I will take it easy for the next few days, if it doesn't get better with muscle relaxers/heat I will see a doc for my back.

You all doing a great job with your workouts, keep it up! Wished I could work out too:(

Happy Hump Day, girls!

Good Morning,

I finally got a decent night sleep so I didn't want to get up this morning. I am thinking about going to Turbo Kick tonite if not I will do the elliptical.

Debbie-nice wts.

Belinda-take it easy.

Nora-awesome workout.

Today was a 45 minute run. I first did my abs, which was Turbo Fire Core 20. And then I went outside for a run, ... it was sprinkling, and then started to rain. I still ran!!! It wasn't so bad! As long as my sneakers/feet stay dry, I'm ok with the rain. Bring it!!!!

Roxie: Nice elliptical workout last night! Hope you can get into the Turbo Kick tonight! Sounds fun.

Debbie: Pyramid lifting is pretty cool! Nice job. Your ab work sounds challenging too. I love crunches on the ball.

Nora: Usually I get a little tired of whatever I'm doing for 3 months , at the end too. I remember feeling that way about P90X. Nice job on getting through the workouts! At least you have BBL to keep you happy!

Belinda: Oh no! Sorry to hear about your back. :( Glad you're taking it easy. Hope it eases up on it's own!!!!

Belinda - Use ice, not heat. If your muscle is inflamed heat will make it worse, same with a pinched nerve. Dang, I hope you get better soon. I so know what you are going through!

Good Evening,

Tonite I went to the gym and did the elliptical I have and ankle that doesn't seem to like it I guess I need to change my cardio. I didn't make it to Turbo Kick class its just to late in the evening.

130 min hr

Hi girls;)

I just finished my workouts for today. I just really seem very fatigued and just don't have energy lately the last week or so. I'm not sure if its from being nearly at the end of a long three month rotation or what? No telling with MS to deal with on top of it. I'm so looking forward to next week being the final week so I can take two weeks off to recharge.

Here's today's workout:

Brazil Butt Lift- Bum, Bum= 35 Min
Met Value= 5.50
Calories burned= 263

I had to modify this alot due to iffy balance due to MS, so I did it. Was this a super challenging cardio/standing toning none weight workout for me? No, it wasn't but it did make me break a sweat and was fun. I just was not full of energy like I usually am but I can tell Leandro does know his stuff and this does work all the areas he says it will.

Brazil Butt Lift- High & Tight= 37 Min
Met Value= 4.0
Calories burned= 202

yellow band and ankle weights 3 pound pair= 1= #1.5 each. Wow this workout does get ya good and you will feel it and not just in the booty but the abs, inner thighs, and last but not least the Booty. I can see this will work and its fun.

Total Body Stretching with Ball 1= 13 Min
Met Value= 4.50
Calories burned= 80

Total calories burned= 545;)

That's it for me today, honestly I'm so beat I'm going to just take a shower and relax. I don't have energy for any personals tonight. Have a good night girls.

Hugs to everyone!;):)

No workout for me today, I woke up with a really bad sinus headache. Went back to bed and still feel like crap right now. All I want to do is sleep. Took some sinus meds, hopefully that will help. :(

Belinda - Hows the back?

Debbie - thanks for asking and telling me about icing my back! After icing all day yesterday and resting I feel about 50% better. I think I will do a light stretch/yoga tonight if my back feel like it's right now. We shall see.I hope your sinus feels better soon. You are getting a lot of sinus infection lately:(

Good Morning,

I got up and went to spin class and it was nice and quiet no one talking at the top of their lungs. Tonite is another session with PT wonder what kind of torture she will come up with today and its weigh day.

Stats:

128 min hr
170 max hr

17 miles.

Debbie-sorry to here you are not feeling well hope you get better soon.

Belinda-glad to hear the back is getting better.

Hi Girls...

Today was 4DS: Kickboxing with Leg Weights. Legs were sore from my run yesterday, so it was even harder than usual!

Belinda: So glad to hear you're abit better!

Roxie: Do you like the Elliptical?

Debbie: 2 words: FLONASE NOSESPRAY (or is that 3?)> I know you said you don't like things in your nose, but beats those headaches! Mine are 90% better since starting using it every night.

Nora: Yes, I find BBL down a BIG notch from Cathe's workouts. Intermediatte to beginner. Esp the cardio. Except for that High and Tight! OWIE!!

Chris-I love the elliptical so much better then the TM.

Hi girls!;)

I finished workingout about two hours ago. So I will just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Pump Revolution= 58 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 515

Track 1 warm up w/#15BB.

Track3 Chest Track- #20BB

Track4 Legs & Back- #30BB

Track5 Triceps-#20BB

Roughly this completes 800 or so reps!! Killer!! Even in week 12 of 13 of Les Mills Pump I still love the workouts! They make weight lifting fun and even something to enjoy and look forward to your workout.

Les Mills Pump- Les Mills Core= 13 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 89 Great ab work!;)

Total calories burned= 604;)

That's it for today's workouts.

Roxie - keep working hard on those killer workouts, you're doing awesome girlfriend. Glad your loving the Eliptical:)

Chris- Awesome job on today's workout with 4DS: Kickboxing with Leg Weights, way to rock your workout today.:D:cool: Yes, I agree with you the cardio workouts with BBL are beginner to intermediate at best. I do find that the Leandro's secret weapon (sort of like S&G but just legs no weights or cardio I used cathe's orange disc) Wow, I felt that for two days afterwards. I also like BBL Deluxe dvds the Abs Rapido, which is standing ab work with db's, uppercuts, and High and Tight part of the regular set. Those ones I have done and really do feel it working. The cardio is ok but not at all near competes with our cathe. I did do the Sculpt one too but it was ok not stellar I can see if someone has never worked out before this would be great to get into or if you've taken alot of time off from working out and want to ease back into or as a recovery week workout for cardio. Its still a good system just not awesome. Of course, we do have pretty high expectations being used to Cathe's usual excellence. I do have Les Mills Pump,Turbo Fire complete with deluxe and Firestarter pack, CLX & CLX Deluxe Dvd's, Insanity, Assylum, P90X, P90X+. I really love TF, CLX, Insanity, and Pump. BBL will be nice to work on rear and to mix things up so its all good. Plus, I'm dying for Cathe's two new workouts I pre-ordered can't wait for those.

Belinda- Take care of your back and enjoy your rest day, be well.;)

Debbie- Sorry to hear your sinuses were bugging you today. Definitely get lots of rest and feel better. ;):)

That's it for me today girls so have a great evening and hugs to everyone!;):)

Leg Press Calves

Have a great day everyone!

Belinda - Glad your back is better. Don't ice all day long, maybe 20 minutes on, some time off and then do it again. This should shrink the swelling in the back and help it heal but it's not necessary to do it all day long.

Chris - LOL! I'll think about it. :p

Good Morning,

I woke up at 1:30 and couldn't go back to sleep tossed and turned couldn't get comfortable. I have shoulder blade that hurts so bad it takes my breathe away don't know if I layed on it wrong or hurt something while doing the rows last night. Tonite I will go to the gym and do the elliptical or maybe a recumbent bike.

Debbie-awesome wts.

:)Hi

Today was 4DS: LIS + Shoulders, Calves. I really hate working calves. I hate my calves. Nuf said! LIS seemed tougher than usual to me today. I think I need a good stretch/yoga day. My body is very sore this week.

Debbie: I  at the deadlift weights! You are a strong girl!!! (FLONASE NASAL SPRAY)

Roxie: Ooo that sharp pain in the shoulder sounds nasty! Take it easy if it still hurts tonight! Congrats on weight and BF lost!!!

Nora: Nice job on Les Mills yesterday!!! BBL is good to mix in for lower intensity. I tend to use them (not often though) for the floorwork for legs and the abs. I don't have the deluxe version. I don't think!?!?! Who knows! LOL!... I also preordered the new Cathe's (gotta!). Looking forward to them alot!

Belinda: hope your back is even better today..
