Total calories burned= 802;)

Debbie- Nicely done with STS Meso #1 Legs- Its good to go lighter with weights if things are feeling sore or not liking it at all. Yikes about the power fluctuation going on , please be careful,. Have a blessed day!:);)

Thanks for the kind words. I have been very stressed with my son away. I know I should be relieved because I know he's safe and where he is, but I'm not.

Today I did RWH Lift It HiiT It Legs. I did the 30 minute premix that was all strength.

Nora, you burned HUGE calories today!!!

Debbie, nice job on changing things up at the last minute. I like Meso 2 ALOT. Getter than Meso 1 too!!

I did KCM's Split Session 1 Upper Body. Hot here 102 degrees with a heat index of 108.

Debbie-good job listening to your body.

Chris-I am doing KCM's Summer Rotation just need to get better at actually following it.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1. Electric fixed thank goodness!!! I had a great workout, love this one.

Workout was 36 minutes, ran 2.48 miles and burned 278 calories.

Roxie - Wish it was a bit warmer here. Only in the upper 60's. I was freezing yesterday. It's 71 right now so I'm hoping it will be warmer today.

Hi girls! So what are your thoughts on Cathe's newest dvd series ICE? I know its not been made yet but having the pre-sale for it. I was just wondering what you all thought about it? Anyone pre-ordering?

Today I started Meso 2. Now we're talkin'! Loved it. Had a great workout and NO PUSHUPS!!!!! Sweet!!! I did Chest, Shoulders and Triceps and did well with it. Feeling great!

After that I got on my treadmill and walked for a mile. Haven't gotten my 10k steps in for the last few days so I'm determined today to do so.

Nora - I don't think I'm going to pre-order Cathe's new series. The description does not impress me. I may order the lifting workouts once it's released and I hear everyone's feedback, but until then, I'm not ordering.
 
Nora - I am will preorder on Friday. I always can cancel down the road :) I did that with her last preorder. I didn't like the high impact, since I injured my food and couldn't do any high impact. I haven't preordered since XTrain :) If I don't like what I see in a few month, I will cancel :D

Debbie - I agree, about description :) Do I really need more workout dvd's? Heck no! Did you buy RWH? How do you like them?

regarding Cathe's Ice Intermediate series- I feel conflicted. A part of me wants it because it would be nice to have for times I don't feel up to regular advanced workouts. The other part of me questions how often I'd use it and would it be worth getting in terms of number of times used. So, basically if I don't use it then its not a good choice. I know Cathe's Intermediate workout will no doubt kick butt and put all other intermedidate stuff out there to shame. I know Cathe is excellent and safe and very thorough and that is a tried and true fact I've learned over the years. I just feel a bit hurt that the pre-order lowest price ends July 3. Usually, it seems we have more time before that happens. I need more time to raise money for the $69.99 price. I feel disappointed by the abruptness of this being announced the beginning of this month and now if we want the lowest price we have to pre-0rder on or by July 3..:(

Nora - I know what you mean :) I also feel the presale is getting shorter and shorter :( There is a lot of very good intermediate stuff out there. I myself are not into puke in the buckets workouts anymore. I had to turn to other instructors, due to all my injuries I had over the last few years. I hate to say this but I didn't see any better results with all those kick ass, high intensity, puke in the bucket workouts :D And I am tired of doing endless jumping jacks, mountain climbers to get my HR up. What ever happened to fun workouts these day's? Everything it HiiT :( You always can sign up for Cathe's OnDemand and try to workouts for a month? Maybe that is what I will do? I still haven't preordered, if I do it will be the last day :)
