Belinda - I haven't posted my workouts in quite a while. What workout are you referring to? What is RWH? Glad you can use them, I should start posting them again but I never seem to have time.

Debbie - yes, RWH BBS :) I remember you did them a while back. I searched the checkins and found it :) I also found one on VF, but that one confused me :( You should start posting them again. That is the only Cathe workouts I don't have. Do you safe all your written workouts? I usually safe them in my gmail :) Copy and paste :p

Today I did a Cardio Coach Mix I made up and had a great workout. You know, sometimes I catch myself thinking about Sean and how he isn't with us anymore. What a great, talented man he was. Why someone feels there is no way out other than taking your own life is a mystery to me. I've never understood that way of thinking. He was so motivating and I just don't get it. Such a shame. I sure hope he's resting in peace. Anyways...

Workout was 60 minutes, ran 4 miles and burned 445 calories. Woo hoo!!!

Roxie - Did you see my post on Friday (I think) about how to use the tennis ball or you neck issues? Go back and read it when you have time.

Belinda - Wow, I don't even remember posting my workouts on VF. That had to be years and years ago. I will try to post my weights again, it just takes so much time. I am also sick of this weather. We've had so much rain here. It has finally stopped and gotten warmer. 75 today. It was hot and humid this past weekend which I welcomed!! So tired of being cold.

Nora - You will be fine, I know it. Nice job with your workout yesterday!!! You rock!!!
 
Debbie - someone else posted the entire workouts on VF :) It wasn't yours. The one I found on VF confused me anyway :( They forgot to post the finisher reps, everything else was posted :) I like how your write your workouts down :D very clear to understand:D WTG, today.

Today I did STS Meso 2, Week 4, Back & Biceps. Had a great workout. With biceps, I did reverse curls rather than concentration curls. You all know how I feel about those. Plus my left elbow is really hurting and concentration curls really makes it hurt bad. I did 40# barbell curls and that hurt like hell. Not sure what to do about this problem? I can do hammer curls and the elbow doesn't hurt at all doing those.

I also walked on my treadmill for 2 miles.

Belinda - I didn't think I posted workouts on VF. LOL! I was like, what? LOL on remembering all the steps to Imax 3. Isn't it funny how that happens? Like riding a bike. When are you going on vacation?

Roxie - Nice workout. Next time your neck hurts, try the tennis ball as I described. It really works.

Nora - Any word from the doctor? Nice calorie burn yesterday. Wow!!!

Today I did Pyramid Lower Body and 21 DF Ext Lower, not cardio.

Debbie - I was afraid to do IMAX3 yesterday. I figured I am gonna fall all over my step :) We will go on vacation in a few weeks. Good job on your Back & Bicep workout today. Organizing and figuring out what to do with my dvd's is giving me a headache :D

I forgot to post this morning. I did Cardio Coach #6 - Candace and had a great workout. After that I did Yoga Stretch and really needed it.

CC workout was 54 minutes, ran 3.36 miles and burned 376 calories.

Well, my doctor's surgery scheduler called and I have a OR date for Monday August 4th at 1:30pm ish. Its a hysteroscopy procedure, I will be sedated and knocked out while they have imaging of my female reproductive organs and then a D & C to scrape and take samples and biopsies. It sort of has me very nervous because its sort of a precursor to a hysterectomy. Please keep me in your prayers and well wishes that all is normal and free of disease, illness, or infection. I'm praying alot for a good outcome and a very normal garden variety results nothing scary. Your positive healing thoughts and prayers and very much appreciated.:);)

Debbie it's suppose to be in the hundreds here the next couple of days we are in a heat advisory until Friday night.
 
Today I did STS Meso 2, Week 4, Legs and had a great workout. I changed the exercises a bit but mostly kept to the workout. I don't get the Elevated Deadlifts where you do them standing on the step. Seriously, can anyone go below your knees for this exercise? If so, you can really damage your back going that low. I watch Cathe's group doing this exercise and they all stop just below the knee. Why be elevated? I like putting the 3# weights under my toes, that makes the work hit more in my hamstrings when I do that. I did Gym Style Legs Calf work instead of the one on STS. I walked on my treadmill for 1.5 miles and then did the stretch from GS.

I am supposed to have an active recovery week but would like to wait until the first week of August to do that. I may do one of the Meso 2 weeks over again and then take my recovery week the following week.

Love the way you did that, awesome stuff their girlfriend. High fives on today's workout and keep on bringing those awesome workouts to the table, WTG!!!!
