Belinda- I have a OR date for Monday August 4th at 1:30pm ish. Its a hysteroscopy procedure, I will be sedated and knocked out while they have imaging of my female reproductive organs and then a D & C to scrape and take samples and biopsies. It sort of has me very nervous because its sort of a precursor to a hysterectomy. Please keep me in your prayers and well wishes that all is normal and free of disease, illness, or infection. I'm praying alot for a good outcome and a very normal garden variety results nothing scary. Your positive healing thoughts and prayers and very much appreciated.:);) OOps my bad its Tuesday August 4th. Bravo on your workout today, WOW on CCPP running 5.6 miles!!!! Now you are going to do 21 DFX Dirty 30 Extreme, you are awesome girlfriend high fives!!!!:);):cool: Have a blessed weekend and please send your prayers and well wishes for a normal result for my August 4 procedure. Today I did Gym Style Chest & Tri's. Didn't want to do another week of Meso 2. I thought I'd do GS and then take a week off next week and start back with Meso 3. Had a great workout, I really love this one.

Belinda - Nice job with CCPP on Saturday. Holy crap!! 5 miles. You go!!!

Debbie - fantastic job on GS CT today. LOL, 5 miles :) DH saw me running in the basement for the first time on Saturday. He said I had a good pace and he can't believe I ran that far. But I did :p It's like I have my own running track in the basement :D:p

Today I did Cardio Coach #5. I don't usually do this workout, I can probably count on one hand how many times I've done this one and after doing it I wonder why? I really liked it and had a great workout. I don't care much for hill climbs so that might be why I don't reach for it often. But I will probably start doing it a bit more since I really did enjoy it.

Workout was 54 minutes, I ran 3.41 miles and burned 379 calories.

Nora - I'm sorry, I think I misread your post. I thought you were going to the doctors yesterday but I think it's next Monday you are going. Hope all goes well.

There may be some confusion regarding my surgery. It is scheduled for Tuesday August 4 at 1:30 ish PM. So that's when it will be. I appreciate all the healing thoughts and prayers. Please keep them coming for Tuesday's surgery and for all to go well and nothing scary and nice and boring normal. Thank you in advance for the prayers I truly do appreciate them. ((HUGS))

Roxie- Yes I did get the two new KCM's and love them both so awesome and fun. I always love her boxing stuf and her weights so these two new workouts of hers are instant wnners in my book. How are you likimg them?

Chris- Are you back yet from your vacation? Love the pics it looks awesome. Even Buddy was a part of the action on vacation, glad you all had a fun time. Today I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps and had a great workout. Love love love Gym Style. I am so sore from Chest & Tri's that I know I'll be sore from this one as well. I also walked on my treadmill for 1.5 miles.

Cloudy slightley cooler still humid so we didn't go to the lake when I got off work at 1 so I got caught up on my workouts. This morning I did KCM's Cardio Pump 1 for yesterdays workout and Lean Body Circuit 2 for todays workout really feeling it in my lower back.
