Hi Girls!!!
Today was another round of Cardio Strength 1. It is NOT any easier. One move that kills me every time is mountain climbers (in plank position) transitioning to ski jumps (in plank position). I'm about to puke when I'm done with those EVERY time!
Leaving to go pick up my mom from the hospital. She fell last week, and broke a bone in her foot.She had a cast put on today. (She's 87!!)

Debbie-could it be because you twist while running and it pulls the strap away from your chest? I know I am probably over thinking this but I still have some fat to loose so should I concentrate more on cardio or will building help in that department?
Thats the weird thing, it's on so tight I don't see how it could even move. Drives me nuts.
Do the Endo rotation. I think you will do better with that.![]()
