Crazy, strong & loving it for July 13!

Today was Day 8 of C25K. Did the same workout as Monday but changed the speeds a little which made hardly any difference. Again, I doubled the workout from what it's suppose to be. I hope that doesn't hurt me in the end. I still cannot imagine jogging 3 miles non-stop.

My HR monitor gives me problems every time I start jogging faster than a pace of 4.3 mph. If I don't hold the stupid chest strap to my chest, it looses the heart rate. I don't get why it's doing that and it's been doing it for a long time. I bought new battaries, I'm hoping that will help it. I have the strap really tight, but I may make it tighter Friday. I just don't get why it does this. When I do step or KB it doesn't do it.
 
Good Morning,

Woke up this morning with a major headache. Tonite will be KCMs Split Sessions Lower Body Split and I got a Cindy Whitmarsh workout from netflix that has ab work that doesn't require me laying on the floor.

Debbie-could it be because you twist while running and it pulls the strap away from your chest? I know I am probably over thinking this but I still have some fat to loose so should I concentrate more on cardio or will building help in that department?

Belinda-enjoy your workout and I am picturing your rv rocking.

Today was another round of Cardio Strength 1. It is NOT any easier. One move that kills me every time is mountain climbers (in plank position) transitioning to ski jumps (in plank position). I'm about to puke when I'm done with those EVERY time!

Leaving to go pick up my mom from the hospital. She fell last week, and broke a bone in her foot. :( She had a cast put on today. (She's 87!!)

Will try too BBL for personals!

Chris - your poor mom! Sending good vibes! I hear you on those mountain climbers, seems like everyone is doing them these days. Have fun:p

Roxie - the RV is on jack stands, which keeps the RV from rocking:D I am sure, I rock it a little pit doing Cathe's workouts;):eek: Hope your feel better later.

Debbie - WOW, on your run this morning. You will get there before you know it;) You are doing great!

I had to do some laundry this morning. Glad it's done! I will do my workout after lunch. BBL!

Thats the weird thing, it's on so tight I don't see how it could even move. Drives me nuts.

Do the Endo rotation. I think you will do better with that. :)
 
My workout is done! I used the same weights as I did with my last round of STS! I decited to do the 6 month rotation.

I finished my late start workout. I'm so not feeling well today, very tired and my low back hurts and IT band as well. Oh well, I soldiered through another workout. I had to modify in a few places for Lean Hot Bodies which wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. It was a fun circuit style-bootcampish style workout I liked it. Then I did KCM Split Sessions Lower body workout that was fun man, she really kills your legs with the band. No doubt Cathe would approve of that. Kelly's joined the fear the band club.:p

KCM 30MTF-Split Sessions-Lower Body Blast= 29 Min

Ok, I'm sorry I don't feel up to personals tonight. I need to shower and get my heated cornpillow on my low back. I hope you all understand. Aside from that I hope everyone had a great over the hump day and some great workouts for today.
