I just finished today's workout. Iam doing Cathe's January '11 rotation this month and it looks great.

STS Cardio: HiiT-Double Wave Pyramid= 30 Min

Killer, nearly puke status!
Ab Hits-Ab Workout #6 Slow& Heavy Tri's+Bi's= 8 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 55
Total Calories burned= 500

Belinda- Bravo on your Chest and Tri's Supersets and STS Ab circuit medball abs. Wow, pushups on your toes on stability ball, I'm so not worthy! You go girl, way to rock the workout!
Debbie- I see you did Chest and Tri's Supersets and your kitty was hanging out to cheer you on. That's so cute! Excellent weight work today, as always you killed it! WTG!!!
Chris- I know you said its your STS recovery week, congrats! So, you couldn't stand the resting and did Turbo Fire 30 and Stretch 10 Classes and added some of your own stretches as well. Great job, I love Turbo Fire its so fun. I even reach for it now, I love the music and you can't help but move and catch some of Chalene's enthusiasm. Great recovery workout today and it sounds like you needed a fun energizing workout after a tough work day, so that being done rest and relax.
Jessica- Bravo on your excellent first day~ CONGRATS!! I'm so happy for you. Jessica you held out until the right job came along and when it did you pounced on it, well done! I wish you all the best at your new job. Nicely done, on STS M3 W2 Chest and Back. I agree with you about STS being da bomb! It just doesn't get old or tired and neither do the results. I tend to take a break from STS after I complete a round and just do Cathe's other strength workouts which are awesome too but different than STS. I'm sure you'l find something else to do as far as subbing for STS. Congrats again on the first day at your new job. Hugs!
