Morning ladies! It's a rest day for me and much-needed after yesterday's workouts. That run took a toll on me, moreso than I thought. I sorta felt nauseous for most of the afternoon which was weird but it passed in time to go to TRX which was an AWESOME workout. Who knew that two straps suspended from the ceiling could be so intense?? Lots of core work involved to keep things stable. It was awesome. If you ladies have a chance to try it, I highly recommend it! I have some nice DOMS working today, not as bad as I feared which is good since I want to run again tomorrow and have a doozy planned (60 mins of intervals, ack). hehe.

Belinda - no worries on personals. We've all been there! Have fun working legs :)

Nora - nicely done last night!!

Roxie - that must have hurt so bad to hit your head like that. I hope you are ok now?? And your husband too with his car accident. Yikes.

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is 4ds KB cardio only. Tomarro I am going to have to fight my oldest DD for my workout room, her inlaws are staying at her house so she is going to come to mine to workout, she came over this morning and walked on the treadmill. I am really proud of her she has lost 15lbs an does the 30 day shred everyday and the treadmill 3 days a week.

Belinda-sorry to hear you are exhausted.
 
I am a total dork and posted on the wrong check in - but to my credit, it was one Belinda started.

I got in a really great training run yesterday. The intervals done after 6 miles were no joke, but I felt great. Maybe it was just the great weather

Anyway, two words for today: REST DAY

Today was cardio and I chose Rapid Fire. I did all the Shadow Boxing segments plus the 2nd Kickboxing segment which I've only done once. I like it, that one is a really fun combo. Lots of kicking. Then I did the floor ab work from this workout and I love that also. I used an 8# med ball with it and got an excellent burn.

My left knee is really bothering me, it hurts on top of the knee and it sort of looks swollen. Not sure why, I didn't twist it or hurt it so I have no idea why it hurts so much. I will ice it later.

I can't give cardio stats because my HRM decided not to work today. Instead of getting frustrated with it I just took it off and did the wokrout. I know I had a great one because my HR was way up and I was sweating lots.

Going the the International Motorcycle show today with dh, it's his birthday so we plan on going out to eat and hitting the show. :)

Belinda-this morning she did I couldn't get out of bed but I might have to get up and beat her in there tomarrow. I just don't like getting up before 8 on Saturdays but that is what time she is coming over.

Jackie Warner-Xtreme Abs- Floor Work Abs= 17 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 116

Total calories burned= 646;)

That's it for me tonight. Sadly, I can't do personals tonight. Have a great night girls~;)
