Yesterday I also did Amy Bento KB Surge, love that workout!

I have M1 D6 on tap today! I have a dental appointment this morning:confused:

TGIF! Well the snow got us out of work a little early yesterday (still had to work some from home) but I hit the gym and got the intervals done and even did some abs. The intervals were brutal. It was 4 miles steady-state then 4 1-minute incline intervals, then 6 gentle pickup intervals for a total of 5.5 miles.

I've not been sleeping well at all this week. This morning I woke up around 3:30 and never fell back asleep. Finally got up at 5:15 and knocked out back and 2 of the Boxing combos. Done and Done.
 
Just not making any progress with these cats. Yeesh. Getting tired of it.

Fuzzy wants to play, he's only 4 months old - of course he wants to play. Ass Monkey and Bear are just over a year but you would think they were 15 years old. Good gosh. They are driving me insane. Poor Fuzzy stays locked up in a bedroom more then he is out. Makes me sad. I can't even let him out when I'm here because if I'm working out I can't be chasing them around and when I'm getting ready I can't be wondering what they are doing downstairs.

As soon as I get done with my bills I'll let the little guy out for a while until I go grocery shopping.

Today was cardio again. I decided to keep a weight training day on Saturday because I am 100% willing to do that workout, if it's cardio it would be really easy for me to skip.

So today I did the original Cardio Coach #2 and had a great workout. I got to all my zones and really worked up a good sweat.

And my same train of thought about doing abs - I decided to do it today instead of tomorrow because again, since it's Saturday its really easy for me to just skip them. So I did MIS Abs after my CC workout.

Apperantly I have decided to make this a rest week because I haven't done a single workout, so next week I will have to repeat this week.

Debbie-hope the kittys figure things out. Good job getting those abs done.

Heather-good job with your workouts hope you start sleeping better soon.

Belinda-I hate going to the dentist hope everything is ok. Good job with your workout yesterday.
 
Sorry, I'm behind today! Working from home today due to MORE SNOW and just finally went out to shovel. Nearly froze to death, its super windy and the temps are dropping fast. The wind is nice and light but the snow then whips into your face as you shovel it. Brrrr. I think I need some tea or something to warm up!

My workout today was killer too. Aside from Snow Max, I got up and repeated yesterday's interval run and THEN did my last STS workout. Nearly killed me. I skipped tri's again because my elbow is still bugging me but did the bi's/shoulders part and was POOPED at the end. But that marks the end of STS for me! Crazy!!! I feel so strong though so I'm happy with it :)

Heather - why the bad sleep pattern? That sucks! You will need extra caffeine later! Good job getting the workout done early though!

Debbie - nicely done on cardio coach AND abs! Smart move. I'm sorry the kitties still aren't getting along. How long has it been now?

Roxie - don't worry about the rest week, start fresh next week. Maybe find a new workout to try for added motivation?

Belinda - hope all is well at the dentist!

I finished my workout at 1:30pm but had to get a shower etc... So, I'm ready to check in now.

Distance= 2.61 Miles
This felt great, I always feel so amazing after a cardio coach session. I did hit all of my zones so I was happy with that and sweated up a storm. Loved it~!:D


Lower Body Blast= 59 Min
Calories burned= 525
Met Value= 6.0

Total Calories burned= 935:cool:

Hey girls..

Late check in for me. Been busy with the boys and the new snow. (They had a snow day today). Plus my 15 yr old son is yet again giving me a hard time. He "hates" me. And his life is "hell". Wow. If he only knew.

Anyways, that's been bringing me down.

Got in my workout though. Today was GS: Back & Biceps Premix. TOUGH for me, Not sure if the DOMS in my shoulders were a factor from yesterday's GS , Shoulders. Plus my lats were sore, probably from MMA: Boxing? ANyhow, tough , but I did go heavier than I usually did on most exerises. I have a Yoga /Stretch for today too, and mish-moshed a few Tony HOrton's which i wasn't all that pleased with. I just ordered a new Stretch DVD today, Karen Voights Total Body STretch. I've heard that one is good..,

Great workouts today everyone!!! As always, I'm super impressed with all your work. Roxie, just chalk it up as a rest week and start anew on Monday!

I did D6 this evening. I only had a check up at the dentist today:D Trying to get all my medical check ups done before DH is retiring in Mai:D plus I don't wanna spent my time trying to find a dentist or a doc right away once we move to DC or around the area! DH will start working right away, we don't have a lot of time! I think, I did told you guys, he has a federal gov job already lined up:eek:

Chris - (((HUGS)) sorry about your son! My son used/and still is doing the same thing. Who knows what is going through his mind! Nice job, on GS BB today.

Nora - awesome job, on CCV1 and LBB!

Jess - shoveling snow gives you nice toned arms, lol! That's a workout. Yeah, on finishing STS! What are you gonna do next?
