Good morning,

I have M1 D4 on tap today:)

But first I have to go to the vet and my DH has an MRI/X-ray appointment!

Today started my new rotation. I'm doing that 8 week rotation that I like to do about twice a year, although I think it's been about a year since I've done it.

It's 3 days of total body training and 3 days of cardio.

Today's workout consisted of 3 sets/5 reps with a 1 minute rest between each set.

Flat Bench Press - 90#
Barbell Row - 85#
Squats - 105#
Stiff Leg Deads - 85#
Barbell Curls - 60#
Close Grip Bench Press - 85#

Had a good workout and everything felt quite easy, I probably could have gone heavier with all the exercises.

Update on our kitties: So things aren't going so well. Things seem to be getting worse instead of better. Granted, we've only had Fuzzy for one week now, but my other two cats just won't accept him. And now they are fighting amongst each other which is really upsetting me. Everytime Fuzzy wants to play with the other two, the start hissing and batting at him. I hope this gets better, not sure what to do. And I don't want to get rid of Fuzzy because I'm already attached to him. :( Today we are going to put him in the room we had him in last week. He has windows to look out of and food and a bed. He'll be fine but this makes me mad that he has to stay alone.

Anyone have more then one cats? Did you go through this when bringing a new cat into the house?

Tonite I will do KPC Premix #1 Cardio Conditioning, 30 pushups and 200 crunches. I have already done my pushups and 100 crunches.

Debbie-hope the kittys get along better soon.

Belinda-sounds like a busy day.
 
Hi ladies. This weekend was a busy one. Saturday I got in chest and abs then 5.2 mile run (it was upper 50's). Yesterday we did 7.3 miles (32 degrees). Today I am going to try to get in biceps and abs at lunch then legs after work. Not really feeling terribly motivated to be honest.

Debbie - I have no cats at all so no advice, hope it works out though!

Belinda - hope you have a good day!

Roxie - enjoy your workout.

Jackie Warner-Xtreme Abs- Standing Abs Only= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Total calories burned= 777;)

Busy but SUCH fun long weekend for me! Saturday was another really good interval/speed workout on the treadmill (similar to the last one I did but my fastest interval was 8.3 mph, whoooa nelly)! Sunday I did some Kickboxing at home which ended up being a GREAT workout. And today was supposed to be STS but we ended up spending the day with my sister and niece so I ended up going to Ride at night with my other sister. Lots of sister fun today! GREAT spin class too, just what I needed! Tomorrow I'll be back to STS - but probably legs vs. chest/back since the hubs has to set up our new weight bench still!

Debbie - so sad about the kitties not getting along! I'd give it some time though, they'll adjust (I think) after more time to get used to the idea. Maybe just let them be together in small increments and see how they do?

Roxie - nice workout!!

Belinda - good luck at the vet and with your DH's appt. Hope everything is ok!

Heather - I'm jealous of your outdoor running, just had to say it. WHEN is winter gonna end?? It's supposed to be "bitterly" cold this week. I can't handle it!!

This evening I did D4, had an ok workout! My stomach is upset, hope I am not coming down with the flu!

Debbie - sorry the kitties are not getting along! Like Jess said, maybe they need some time? Your new rotation looks interresting, girl! Good job, as always!

Jess - your workouts look like fun! My DH has fluit in his leg. He felt on his hip riding his bike a few month ago. Hope he doesn't need surgery, we are seeing the doc on Wednesday. Browler gets surgery next Tuesday, he has some 3 lumps on his body, which needs to get removed/tested! Since he is already out that day, he gets his teeth cleaned too.

Heather - I'm also jealous of your outdoor running:eek: can't wait to take my running outdoors again. Have fun, girl!

Roxie - hope you enjoyed KPC tonight!
