This morning I will do M1 D3 (legs).

I ask Cathe on FB the other day on how to use STS TB & LB blast into the STS rotation. I am thinking on doing that rotation, if someone is interrested here is the rotation:

Morning! TGIF! Wee :)
I am calling this a "half" rest day (Heather don't yell at me LOL). I only got up because my hubs had to be out of the house by 6 and I was up so I figured I might as well do SOMETHING before getting ready for work. So I pulled out a new Core Fusion I hadn't tried yet (Boot camp) and did three of the sections (10 mins each). WHOA! Way harder than it looks!! I can't wait to do the whole thing, it's got more of a cardio feel than the other core fusions so it'll be fun to throw into the mix when I do the 30 day challenge. I already feel it in my obliques and abs, Love that!!

Belinda - that's a cool rotation! I may try that after I finish STS and the "30 day" core fusion challenge I'm going ot do right after I finsih STS. :)

Nora - nice job on your workout last night. Gotta love the burn of intensity!! Need a good night sleep before doing that one, hehe.

TGIF!! Today is my rest day and I really need it. I had thought about pulling a Jessica (so I won't yell at you) and getting in chest since I've not been able to do that one yet this week. But I'm going to listen to my tired body and rest up for my training runs this weekend. I'll try to get DH to spot me for the chest workout tomorrow morning - shouldn't take but about 25 minutes tops.

I promise I wouldn't have done it if my body was TOO tired. I'm tired NOW but I wasn't then so that's my justification. Ha!

Good luck with your training runs this weekend! I'm jealous! I'll be treadmill bound tomorrow. :eek:

Definetly TGIF. I did exactly what I said I was going to do last night, went home fixed supper put my pjs on and curled up in a blanket with the hubs and the dog and didn't move until bed time. Tonite is KCMs KBXing and Cathes Lower Body add on since I didn't work lower body last night. I also need to do 30 pushups and 200 crunches.

Belinda-sounds like a good rotation.

Heather-enjoy your rest day.

Jess-at least you took half a rest day.
 
No workout again for me. Yeesh, my goal was 3 cardios, I've only done two this week. I just don't feel like working out and I go through this every time I have a recovery week. I'll be back at it on Monday with a new rotation. I've been eating really well this week so at least I'm happy with that!

Hi Everyone! :)

Today I did GS: Back & Bicep Premix. I went heavier than I usually do. Felt good! And to act on one of my New Year's Resolutions, I also did a Yoga workout. I'm aiming at one a week. At least. I pulled out The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. You'd think BL stuff would be "easier"/geared to inactive/overweight people. NOT! This one is tough! Bob Harper does the workout and he has you holding the poses so long , you quiver and shake!! (if you can hold them that long)!. So I have something to work on. Which is a cool deal , it will make me want to do it more.

Belinda: What a cool rotation! That's awesome Cathe answered your question about that. Good job on Legs today!!

Debbie: Rest away! eating is *the* most important part anyways. So you're good! Enjoy!

Roxie: Double workout today! You can do it!

Heather: I'd definitely make sure you take your rests with the hard running training you've been doing.

Jessica: Ah! So "that" is "pulling a Jessica"...LOL!! It's fun to explore new workouts though. hey, how ya liking the cold this morning? Brrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Nora: Great job on Intensity!!!! That is one tough workout!

Original Body Max= 91 Min
Calories burned= 1000
Met Value= 7.50

Ok, Original Body Max seemed harder than Body Max 2. It was fun but the constant change of camera angle shots made it difficult to be mirroring cathe's moves, it was frustrating. I only had 3 hours of sleep so I'm sure that was a huge factor and my ability to focus at all, LOL! I still prefer Body Max 2 to this one, but that's probably due to me not knowing Original Body Max routine, and exhaustion. It still was fun. I was thrilled at the weight sections too and so were my ankles. I made it through this workout and for only 3 hours sleep I thought I did ok.

I'll be back later for personals.

2 in the zone
114 min hr
124 max hr
24 cals burned.

Nora-what a cal burn and I am sure lack of sleep didn't help. I still can't do BM2 step its way to confusing.
