Hi Girls!
Today was 4DS HIS in full, so I did the Step + Chest and Back. I must be spoiled with hard workouts, this one seemed kind of easy/moderate for me.
NO doms whatsoever from 4DS Legs yesterday. My legs don't seem to respond to weights much. the biggest DOMS I got last week was from Kickmax's Leg Drills. Hmmm.

Got a question for you all. What kind of food plan to you follow? I think I've hit a speed bump by eating the same for so long. I'm planning on shaking things up with starting a new "diet" (hate to call it diet, because it's something I want to STAY with, not just "diet" with). It's called the Flat Abs Diet. It concentrates on healthy whole foods and eating 4 times a day, 400 calories each meal. Right now, I eat 3 smaller "meals" during the day, a big supper and a big snack at night. And weekends are crap eating. Not working, and I feel hungry. So I'm hoping this switch up will help somehow. What do you guys do?
Taking the boys to the movies today to see Green Hornet in 3D. Should be fun!
