I have D17 (legs) on my rotation today:) My legs goona be on fire! I also will add some yoga;)

I am done with D17 plus I did 30 min yoga, felt good to stretch those muscles out! Will be back to post my workout, need a shower first.

Today was total body doing supersets. Same workout as last Wednesday in superset form.

Did 2 sets/8 reps with each superset. 1 minute rest between each set.

Workout went quick.

SS #1
Incline Barbell Press - 85# (up 5#)
ss w/
T-Bar Row - 80# (up 5#)

SS #2
Squats - 90# (up 5#)
ss w/
Dumbbell Military Press - 17's (up 2#)
***Should have went to 20's on the presses.

SS #3
EZ Barbell Cursl - 55# (up 5#)
ss w/
Close Grip Bench Press - 80# (up 5#)
***This one was tough. EZ curls aren't so easy!

Then I did the Ab Work from Rapid Fire. LOVE that one! Did the stretch from RF as well.

Tonite for me is some more Ellen Barrett don't know which one yet. I am going to be on the road all day doing oxygen rounds and the temps are suppose to be in the upper 50s love it.

Belinda-nice job with your workout and mom is going to be ok but it was her left knee cap and right wrist so its hard for her to get around.

Debbie-nice wts. and good job with those abs.
 
Last night I hit the gym for back/bis/abs and some elliptical. I think the elliptical is what my legs needed to loosen up. Feeling very weak with my bicep workouts. Really need to figure out a good rotation.

Pullups - 4 at 50# on the assisted (anything less and it didn't seem like there was any weight working at all? Maybe b/c I'm short and couldn't stand on the bar and reach the handles....)

SS#1 3x8
Underhand barbell rows - 80#
Alternating curls - 20's

SS#2 3x10 (added reps b/c didn't have weighted gloves to microload)
Pullovers - 30#
Cross-body curls - 15's

SS#3 3x8
Single-arm row - 30#
Concentration curls - 15# (would like to have been able to do 17, but no weight glove at gym)

Chinups - 4 @ 50#
DB curls - 8 reps with 15's (just a burnout exercise really)

Today is going to be a rest day. I would have liked to have gotten chest, shoulders, triceps in, but my biceps are sore and I know that would have affected the weights.

Roxie - sorry to hear about your mom's accident. I hope she recovers quickly.

Chris - Yep, other than being worn out a lot from all the running, I feel pretty good. I mean, my legs actually felt pretty normal after the 12-miler - so much so I did the weights like a dodo head LOL.
 
Nora - Nice workout yesterday - WOW on that calorie burn! :eek: You go girl!!! Sorry I haven't been in here to say hi to you lately. It's been busy here at work and hard to post on this forum. :(

Heather - Wow, nice workout! Great job on the chins with the extra 40#! :eek: Wish I could do that at home. I use to wear my vest to do chins but haven't done that in a while.

Hi Girls!

Today was 4DS HIS in full, so I did the Step + Chest and Back. I must be spoiled with hard workouts, this one seemed kind of easy/moderate for me.

NO doms whatsoever from 4DS Legs yesterday. My legs don't seem to respond to weights much. the biggest DOMS I got last week was from Kickmax's Leg Drills. Hmmm. :confused:

Belinda: Nice job today on D17 Legs! Are those the trisets? Love em! Yoga too!

Debbie: NICE weights! I continue to be amazed by them! Good job on the stretching and abs too. Have you done your roller lately?

Roxie: Good job on the TM walk! Enjoy your 50's today! So jealous!

Got a question for you all. What kind of food plan to you follow? I think I've hit a speed bump by eating the same for so long. I'm planning on shaking things up with starting a new "diet" (hate to call it diet, because it's something I want to STAY with, not just "diet" with). It's called the Flat Abs Diet. It concentrates on healthy whole foods and eating 4 times a day, 400 calories each meal. Right now, I eat 3 smaller "meals" during the day, a big supper and a big snack at night. And weekends are crap eating. Not working, and I feel hungry. So I'm hoping this switch up will help somehow. What do you guys do?

Taking the boys to the movies today to see Green Hornet in 3D. Should be fun!:)
 
Chris - No, haven't foam rolled in about a week. Need to do that. I'll do it tonight! Thanks for the reminder! :) Can't help you with the diet, I'm just floundering around myself. LOL!
 
Chris - gotta love it when you can call a Cathe workout easy!!

Debbie - I wish I could add weight to a pullup/chinup, I meant that's what the weight was set at for the assisted pullup machine. I'm trying to workout towards unassisted still - I'm a total weenie in that category!

P90X Ab Ripper X= 16 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 109

Lauren Brooks Vol. 1 Joint Mobility Warm Up+Quick Full Body Fat Blast Workout= 17 Min
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 151

Total calories burned= 752;)

Chris - my eating is all over the place, need to clean it up. I exercise but when it comes to food, I can't control it. I still have a great amount of weight to lose, I know it's my diet. Can't blame anyone except myself, lol. Maybe I will do that diet with you? I love the trisets in M2.

Debbie - fantastic job, on your weight workout today. How many weeks do you have left with your rotaiton? I ask you this a few days ago, don't think you saw it! What protein poweder do you use?

I will post my workout tomorrow, I am to tired!
