I did KPC Cardio Conditioning, 30 pushups and 200 crunches.

Belinda-its just hormones and no sunshine in weeks plus starting a new job its all starting to pile up.
 
Today I did Burn Sets Chest, Back and Shoulders and had a great workout! I can't believe the last time I did this workout was on Sept. 18th!! Where does the time go?

This is what I did:

CHEST
Barbell Chest Press
- 55# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Dumbbell Chest Fly - 20's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Incline Dumbbell Chest Press - 25's - 3 sets 10 reps
Pushups - 16 reps (8 on toes, 8 on knees)

BACK
One Arm Row
- 25# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Barbell Row - 45# - 3 sets 10 reps (used barbell instead of dumbbells)
Rear Delt Fly - 12's - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps
Supermans - Skipped

SHOULDERS
Dumbbell Overhead Press
- 12's - 2 set 10 reps; 1 set 11 reps
Single Arm Lateral Raise - 8# - 3 sets 10 reps
Single Arm Rear Delt Raise - 10# - 2 sets 10 reps; 3rd set 12 reps

Wow, Cathe is hitting home run with this new workout series. Love this workout this was a super fun and intense HiiT/Cardio Blasts loved this one best circuit I've ever done and I have even done her RWH Lower Body HiiT that's for tomorrow. I can't wait, no these kinds of Christmas treats are good to indulge in. LOL!!!

Hi girls! ... I made it!

Nora, I did the same workout, RWH Upper Body Circuit! It was a good one, though it had more lower body than I thought it would. I'm mixing up the rotation this week too. Tomorrow I'm going to do the 4DS Kickbox , skip Thursday, then do the Low Impact HiiT 2 and then the Lower Body Circuit. I love your "treat indulgences"!!!! Hi-5's!

Debbie, nice job on weights today!.... Oh my. I could go on and on about my 15 year old. Here are the highlights. He has been VERY disrespectful to me and my husband. As in ignoring our rules (he takes off without our permission), swearing at us (F*** You bitch for ex.) He's been smoking pot, smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol. Experimenting with other drugs, all of which I'm not sure of. He has anger issues as well. Punching holes in the walls, breaking things, throwing things, flipping furniture. We have him involved with the juvenile court right now, he sees a probation officer. He also has sees a psychologist, who helps us as well. Oh, he's also failing school. He skips classes, goes in late, has refused to go to school. The thing is, when he's in a "good mood" and things are going well, he's the sweetest, most polite kid ever. AND he's very smart, and CAN do schoolwork, he chooses not to. So I am alternating between wanting him out of the house, and then feeling bad, because he's sweet , polite, has a big heart, and he's my son. ... I really need to look into seeing a counselor of my own after the new year. I just don't know what to do and find myself in emotional turmoil most of the time. ... Sorry you asked? LOL!

Belinda, looks like you're kicking butt on workouts! Are you doing a rotation? or winging it every day?

Roxie, Nice job on keeping up with the workouts even when you're not feeling it. I've been in that same mood. But I 've also been pushing myself to work out. I never feel bad that I chose to do one!! It's been super dreary , dark, rainy here for a while now. I have a "Happy Light" I probably should start using. ... Did you get a new job? I must have missed it.

I went to bed with a headache and woke up with it plus some sinus pain and a scratchy throat so no workout and it was a busy day at work.

Chris-sorry for all your trouble it does sound like you need someone to help you. I work in a pharmacy now as a filling tech and I am in charge of a med program to help people sync their medications all on one day so I make alot of phone calls.

Nora-good job with your workout.

Chris - (((HUGS))) I am so sorry for all your trouble with your son. I think, you and your husband are doing the right thing. I hope your son wakes up and smells the roses. Do you know what troubles him and why he is doing those things? I will keep you and your son in my thoughts and prayers! I am following Cathe's XTrain 90 Day rotations and SBF monthly rotations.

Chris - I'm sorry to hear about your son. How old is he? I'm hoping to God he isn't on heroin although pot and alcohol is enough of a problem. We've had an epidemic of heroin it here in Ohio and many deaths due to overdose. In fact, it has hit close to home with me since one of my nephews is hooked on the drug. His parents (my cousin and her husband) have finally kicked him out of their house even though it was the hardest thing they had to do. He just keeps falling into the same horrible nightmare when he gets out of rehab or jail. And that has happened several times. Sometimes tough love is the hardest and it is inevitable that you will blame yourself if anything happens to him if he's not living under your roof. However, your health and sanity are important and there will come a time when enough is enough and you'll have no other choice but to take drastic measures. I wish you the best, and I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I sure hope he wakes up one of these days and realizes how much hurt he is causing you and himself. I'm sure you have had him checked out with a doctor - it sort of sounds like he might be bi-polar. When you say he has mood swings, that is what comes to mind. But I suppose use of drugs can do that as well. I'm sure it's altering his emotions. {{{HUGS}}} girl! I'm so sorry you are going through that. I have seen what this kind of behavior has done to families. It's awful. If you need to talk, pm me any time.

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Both my kids kept me busy, lol. Hope you all had a wonderful xmas. What fitness related items did you get? The only thing fitness stuff I got this year was a yoga mat strap:p No fitness dvd's:oops:

Yesterday I did LM Plyo = 30 min and SBF Christmas stretch = 30 min.

Today I will do XT CBT = 54 min and SBF TB Tabata = 27 min. I also will JM workout for today(?).

Hi All!

We had a very lovely Christmas here. My son (he's 15, Deb) was very well behaved for the most part, and we had a good 2 days together. I didn't work out Christmas Eve of Day, just too busy.

I appreciate and welcome all your good thoughts and prayers!!! Thanks so much. We did have him evaluated by a doctor and a psychologist. Neither thinks he has psych issues, it's just teenager crap. He does have a problem with anger issues, though. So that is what he's working on with the psychologist.

Yesterday I got out and did a walk/run for an hour! It was a beautiful day!!! Today my lower body is so sore, I did 2 premixes for all RWH upper body. It took me about an hour.

You guys are doing awesome on workouts!!!.... Love reading about them.

Nora, I kind of have fallen off the Dec. Rotation wagon, snce I missed those 2 workouts this week. You did great though!

Belinda, I got 2 KB's , one 5lb and one 10lb. I wanted lighter ones since I have a 15 already.

Roxie, A pharmacy tech is a good job! ... Nice job on TLC, one of my favorite KCM!!!

Debbie, the Fitbit is awesome , I wore mine straight for 2 years!!! It was cool.

Chris - I only have a 5# KB, it came with dvds's. I hope the psychologist can get to the bottom of your son's problems.

My legs are thawing out a bit more from the run on Friday! Today I did Turbo Fire HiiT 20 and then the Stretch 40 which is great yoga stretches and just plain stretching , esp. lower body, which felt awesome.
