Hi Everyone!
Didn't stop in yesterday due to my crunched time on Mondays. But I started Week #1 of MESO 3! Disc 25, which was Chest & Back. I was leary about liking Meso 3, having a little dread working up to it. BUT, I liked it alot! (the rests are kind of long, and I will need to get used to them again). I liked it because it's heavy, it's to the point (no extra reps, no change in rep pattern, no change in weights). basic moves with HEAVY weights. I have some decent DOMS in my chest this morning AND back (which I rarely get).
Today I did Premix #5 from KPC, Combos 1 +2 and then the drills. I added on Turbo Fire's Core 10 (ouch!).
Belinda: So you're combining Insanity and Debbie's weight workouts? Sounds lke a killer combo!
Debbie: That sounds like a great workout today! I bought a heavy bag at a tag sale this summer. And I've yet to use it!
Jessica: Congrats on the job!! That's awesome!! ... I know I'd probably enjoy a run outside, but getting myself OUT there is a problem. Ugh!
Heather: Nice workout yesterday, and as long as you get the DOMS, I'd say it was a good workout, and move on! .. Why are they random drug testing you? Because you look like you take steroids , you're in such great shape?

Nora: I've yet to do High Reps OR STS Total Body. I'm jealous too! It sounds like a great workout!!
