Oh man, I'm whipped I just did two workouts back to back and one of them was Intensity. That was so much fun and a killer sweat fest of a workout. I'm really tired and my neck is aching, I don't think I'll be back for personals tonight, so I apologise in advance. But ya all have been workin' out hard and kickin' butt. Bravo Ladies, I knew you could do it.

Loved it! Its the best of Cathe I think.

Nora - as always, wtg on your workouts! Hope you feel better soon (((HUGS))) Nora, you did Insanity before, right? I have the Deluxe program. I am not sure how to use the extra workouts that came with it? Any ideas? How to I use MAX Interval Sports Training, Insane Abs and Upper Body Weight Training in the 8 week rotation, they are not even on the rotation? I am confused:confused:

Chris - combining Insanity & Debbie's weight workouts is a killer combo! Nice job, on M3.

Jessica - congrats on the job! That is great news! You done the right thing, don't feel bad! I agree with Heather & Chris! Insanity is harder than anything I have done before, my HR goes up on those workouts, I think is's the hardest workouts I have ever done!

Heather - nice job on your workouts. I would have done the same thing, go shopping afterwards, lol! WTG, on M2D18 today.
