CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR DEC 29, 2010

Hallo girls,

I am done with my cardio workout & weight workout! I decited to do legs today, not sure if and how long the gym will be open on Friday. I know for sure, they are closed on Saturday, I still wonna get my leg workout in this week:eek: Tomorrow, my DS/DD wanna go snowbording again.I hope I get Insanity in tomorrow before we leave? I will post my workout from today later!

Today I made it back to the gym for Group Ride, great spinning class with my fave instructor. Legs were on FIRE just after the warmup though from STS legs yesterday, squat rack legs got me good!!

I also did Core Fusion abs last night, the whole Pilates Abs workout. It was a nice way to end the day, I must say :)

Nora - NICE workout last night!! You always kill it! I am impressed with your calorie burn for Intensity, for that workout, I think I burn like 100 cals less than you, crazy woman!

Belinda - nice job on the workout! What kind of leg workout did you do? Have fun snowboarding!!

Today was Back and Biceps. Had a good workout. Should have done some ab work as well but just didn't feel like it.

1 minute rest between each set; 3 minute rest between going from back to biceps.

BACK
Horizontal Dumbbell Rows (double arm) - 12's/12 reps - 2 sets (warmup)

T-Bar Rows - 75#/8 reps - 3 sets (up 15#)
***Last time I did 60# and it was way too easy. When I did supersets I brought it up to 70#.

Australian Pullups - BW/10 reps - 3 sets

Double-Arm Dumbbell Rows - 25's/12 reps - 3 sets (up 10#)
***Used 15's last time. This was perfect for this exercise.

BICEPS
Barbell Curls - 60#/8 reps - 3 sets (up 5#)
***This felt real easy today. I was shocked that I did 60# at 8 reps.

Incline Dumbbell Curls - 16's/10 reps - 3 sets (up 1#)
***Brought this up only 1# because by the 3rd set of barbell curls my arms were fried.

Zottman Curls - 17's/12 reps - 3 sets (up 2#)
***Forearms really feel this one. I like this exercise.

Belinda - Are you still doing the rotation I'm doing right now??

Debbie-I am currently doing the Dec 09 rotation which is high rep/endurance and I didn't know where to try and work these into my rotation.

Sorry, I'm so late for my check in. It's been a crazy day. I just finished my workout today, that was actually Tuesdays workout as I'm one day behind because I took Monday as a unscheduled rest day.

Here's today's for Tuesday workout:

STS Total Body Isolation and Compound= 66 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 541

Rapid Fire : Kickbox & Core Burn Premix#1= 30:21
Met Value= 6.50
Calories burned= 266

Total Calories burned= 807;)

I'd love to day I'd be back for personals but its so darn late even for me on the west coast as its now as I typed this 10:40 pm and I still have to take a shower and do some chores, ugh! I'm sure you all had a great workout day Bravo for your hard work. I'll see ya all at tomorrow's check in and I'll make an gigantic effort to get my workout in sooner and do proper personals.
