Man, I'm so behind on the forums! Sorry ladies, holidays took over my life for a few days!
Quick recap - Christmas Eve, no workout, rest day, too much to do for the party. Christmas Day - cold but fun 5k with my husband which was a great way to start the day. Day after - I faced the treadmill down and won (5.5 mi at a 6.7 or so pace, amped it up to about 10 mph for the last min or so), and yesterday was STS M3 W1D1, AWESOME workout. Today was STS M3 squat rack legs which I've found a newfound appreciation for. Legs are dead! Tried to "loosen them up" on the treadmill after, didn't work so well but at least I tried ;-)
Hope you all had an awesome fun and food filled holiday and a coupla good workouts in there too!
