CRAZY STRONG & LOVING IT FOR DEC 28, 2010

Last night I did indeed do 3 of the step combos and abs from LIC. Today I am planning on spin at lunch then we leave for a wedding that DH is in tomorrow. The place does have a gym so I am going to try to get in some cardio tomorrow.

Man, I'm so behind on the forums! Sorry ladies, holidays took over my life for a few days!

Quick recap - Christmas Eve, no workout, rest day, too much to do for the party. Christmas Day - cold but fun 5k with my husband which was a great way to start the day. Day after - I faced the treadmill down and won (5.5 mi at a 6.7 or so pace, amped it up to about 10 mph for the last min or so), and yesterday was STS M3 W1D1, AWESOME workout. Today was STS M3 squat rack legs which I've found a newfound appreciation for. Legs are dead! Tried to "loosen them up" on the treadmill after, didn't work so well but at least I tried ;-)

Hope you all had an awesome fun and food filled holiday and a coupla good workouts in there too!

Tonite for me is suppose to be CTX 10-10-10 cardio but I will end up doing something else. DH was complaining he was cold last night and needed to cuddle to warm up so no workout for me and that is going to stop.

Jess-you should be on cloud nine.

Today was cardio and I got on my new recumbent bike and did a couple of the pre-programmed workouts that came with it. There are 4 and all are 30 minutes, so I did 2 of them.

I'm thinking Cardio Coach will be a lot better. I never had to go above 15 mph which didn't really even get my HR up. I think the highest my HR got was 112 bpm, I didn't even get out of my in zone. Which is ok, I just thought those workouts would be a bit harder. I worked up a sweat and my breathing was hard. I actually thought my HR should be way higher then my HRM showed. :confused:

Premix#10= Warm up,KB#2,and Standing Core Ball.

Lower Body Blast- Bonus Toning Bar with Power Tower Only=17 Min
Met Value= 6.0
Calories burned= 139

Total calories burned= 953:cool:

I finished this workout at around 3pm but had to do errands so I got sidetracked from checking in as soon as I finished the workout. I'll try to come back later for personals. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.
