Chris- Wow! STS TB and on 2 hours sleep, no less. You are wonder woman, WTG! Thanks for the heads up about the ultrasound I had yesterday. Still no calls from the doctor telling me the results as of yet. Thanks for your kind words they make me feel a little less stressed. Great job on your workout, that is a killer, WTG you're a rock star!:)

Debbie- Nicely done with your workout with CC Revised #2 today. I'm glad your not having any pain in your shoulder. It seems your body is agreeing with the yoga and stretching you've been doing. That's so great!!:D Thanks for your well wishes and crossed fingers, I really appreciate it. I'll let you guys know when I hear something from my doctors. Take care!;)

Today was suppose to be an hour of yoga but my traps are so knotted again that last night I laid on my massage pillow to see if it could work them out. It hurt but felt good at the same time. I then iced my upper back and had a good nights sleep.

This morning I'm still pretty sore in the traps area so I got on my treadmill and just walked 1 mile at an easy pace. Then I did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. I really wish these knots would just go away. I don't understand why they are being so persistent.

I'm glad it's Friday! :D

Today I will do KPC!

We couldn't finsih your living room, I steam cleaned the carpet since everthing was out anyway, made claning much easier.This morning I finished our living room, everything is back where it needs to be. I like it a lot! Funny what a little paint can do!! LOL! Good job today and yesterday.

Debbie - hope you find some relief soon! Good job this morning.

Hi Girls!!

Today was Slide and Glide for me! I skipped abs (did them ysterday with STS TB) and did stretch band segment of Stretch Max.

Debbie: I wish you're knots would go away too. :( How frustrating. I hope the Yoga Stretch helped.

Belinda: Nice going on getting your living room done!!! I'm surprised you have work to do on the house you just bought? Kind of sucks. Hope KPC was fun!

Nora: I did STS TB Monday on 2 hours sleep. Yesterday I had a full nights sleep, and it was still hard! LOL!. Nice job on Cardio Supersets w/ the step. I have CS on my schedule for tomorrow. I wonder what you have on tap for today?

It is raining today like no one's business! Holy crap, we're getting a season's worth of rain in one day!!!!

Both of these were fun workouts to revisit since it had been a while since I'd done either of them.

Belinda- Wow what a great workout you did and I don't mean KPC and you did that too! WTG Girlfriend with all the painting and cleaning the carpets and rearranging the furniture. That is a workout in and of itself and then you did KPC too! You rock girlfriend, now I do hope you'll rest and relax. Enjoy having your kids visit and relax. Awesome job with everything. ;):)

Debbie- Sorry your feeling some knots in your shoulder area. Please take care and don't do more than you feel your up to exercise wise.

Today I did Cardio Supersets, Premix 5-8 and then added on core from Slide N Glide, since I didn't do it yesterday.

Regular working weekend for me....

I decided to take today as an unscheduled rest day. I was too sore from yesterday's workout so I thought I'd better play it safe. I'm not sure if it was the High Reps or the short premix from Legs and Glutes, but Cathe got me good and domsy so I think I'll rest. No workout for today then for me. Have a great weekend everyone!;)

We have returned home and its amazing how much better I felt once we got out of the mountains. It is now time to catch up on laundry and house cleaning but DH and I would really love to go to the lake tomarrow.

Ok, its scorching hot today in the 90's or so and feels hotter in the house too. Maybe ninety degree temps don't sound bad if you don't mind it but heat and I do not play well together and with MS it just amplifies it. So, this was not a super stellar workout performance but I got it done and did the best I could to help burn off some stress so I can attempt to function a little better. Things are intense and stressful right now so I'm desperately trying to hold it all together.

I did the laundry vaccumed, swept and mopped the kitchen then DH and I went to the lake now watching the closing ceremonies.
 
Today I did Bryan Kest's Energize. Still can't hold all the poses as long as they do in this workout, especially in the beginning. When my muscles aren't warm I can't hold Down Dog like they do. Geez, the first few minutes is holding that pose or what seems like forever. My back definitely doesn't like that too much. But as I continue with the workout it gets easier. I love this workout and I feel really good right now.

The knot in my trap area went away this weekend, I hope it doesn't come back now that I've done this workout again.

Today I had a puke status workout. I chose one of my Cardio Coach mixes and really did will with it. At one point my HR got up to 175 bpm which is unheard of. I only hit the 170's when I did IMAX 3. So I know I really kicked butt today.

I did Intensity yesterday,, just didn't had time to post it, sorry!! My son is keeping me busy, lol We ended up driving to IKEA, bought few things for DS. Well lets say we didn't get back until almost 9 pm last night, I was beat.
