Hi girls
I fell yesterday in the shower and hurt my right hip and hamstring. I woke in lots of pain more so than usual and I could barely walk my leftside didn't want to walk at all so I was in so much pain I couldn't even get in the car to drive son to where he goes to run today. I decided I shouldn't work out today because I'm physically not able and I may need more than a day or so to be ok enough to even attemp a workout I'll have to see how I'm feeling.
Sorry, no workout to report and I feel really terrible about it.

Debbie- Congrats on your hardwork with C25K paying off allowing you run 2.5 miles straight, that's awesome!!!

I experienced runner's high when I was on my highschool track team training and running like crazy, but not since then. So, I think that is something I won't experience ever again but that's ok as long as I can move and workout I can handle that. I was running some pretty high mileage a week to be able to achieve the runner's high effect. I was running about 8 to 10 miles a day six days a week back then I couldn't do that on a prayer today. Oh well, that was then. Don't feel cheated on the runner's high thing, I think that is achievable with running high miles per day at least that was my experience with it. You are athlete in your own right and achieve awesomeness all the time and are an inspiration to us all. ps. thanks for the hugs!
Roxie- Nice workout you have planned today keep up the great job and its smart to break it up to do part of the workout in the morning and part in the evening if that is more time friendly and makes it more doable for you. It's all good just have fun with it.
Chris- Hi, I hope to be able to start week 3 of PeakFit challenge but I don't know with how the way things are going for me with how I've been feeling with IT band stuff with glute and hip and now injury. I hope I can get back to feeling normal working out moving without pain again.
Ok, that's it for me girls. I hope you all have awesome evenings and keep on working hard at your fitness goals.
Hugs to everyone!
