Crazy, strong & loving it for April!

Hi Girls!

Today I caught up with rotation. I did Burn Sets: Back & Shoulders, Tabatacise 1, 2 and 3, and 100 squats.

Debbie: i say go with the running if that's what you like! it's all good!

Belinda: your typos are hilarious! I don't have Leandro's Secret, that must have been an extra DVD . Sounds tough!!!

Roxie: I have never heard of that KCM workout! It's older? Nice job keeping up with the squats!

Nora: Sorry your hands are giving you trouble. Hope things are better with your son too. You sure do awesome workouts!!
 
I did nothing today. TTOM again and it is hitting me hard. I got up, but just couldn't get my butt in my workout room. I read the current book I'm reading instead. It's pretty good, it's called "Into the Darkest Corner."

I hate when my workouts suffer due to how I'm feeling. This stuff never bothered me before. The older I get the worse it's getting. :(

Today I did KCMS TLC Boxing which is one of my favorites and then 155 squats and 40 minutes on the treadmill. I think spring is here to stay.

Debbie-it is getting tougher with our age but just remeber there is and end in sight when we won't have to worry about it.

We had lots of fun in Washington DC. Yesterday I did JMBR cardio 1 in the morning and in the evening I did TJ Ab Jam.Today is a rest day. Maybe I do some stretching?

Nora - what are your next plans? Glad you enjoyed your rotation.

Chris - I was thinking supping TF instead of TJ's workouts:eek: Sounds like you have lots of stuff going on this weekend.

Yesterday I did KCM Curcuit Burn 1 and 30 minutes on the tm, today we put the boat in the water for the first time and it felt wonderful I also did 170 squats and a 30 minute walm tonite outside.
 
Today was cardio and I chose Run Fit again. LOVE LOVE LOVE that workout! I'm getting better at it every time I do it. I'm finding I'm doing a steady state more and more rather than just walking it out. I'm getting some good mileage with this workout.

Today I started week 2 of my rotation, I did Turbo Fire 60 and TF UB = 20 min. Tonight I will do JMBR Week 2 Workout #1.

I went for a 2 mile walk this morning since it was so nice out and then I did 185 squats. I spent the afternoon getting some more sunshine. It is suppose to be nice again tomarrow and then get cold and crappy again which its almost May that crap should be over.
