Crazy, strong & loving it for April!

Today was yoga and I chose Karen Voight's Yoga Strength. Had an ok workout, this one isn't too hard. Last time I did yoga it flaired up my shoulder blade area again and it took about 5 days to go away. Now I'm even afraid to do yoga. I gotta get this looked at. I was thinking about getting a theraputic massage to see if that will help loosen the muscle. My company deals with a place that accepts our insurance so I think I'm going to go that route. I'm afraid once I start riding my motorcycle again this thing will get really bad. I don't want that to happen.

I will do KCMs Stepboxing and then go for a walk before the weather changes tomarrow and then 190 squats only 8 more days of this challenge. Its suppose to be in the 80's today and then 49 degrees tomarrow thru Friday with a chance of snow what on earth is going on with this weather?

Hi All!

Had a very nice/busy weekend. it flew by! Nice to see my family and drink, eat and be merry!!

I finished Cathe's April Rotation, and kind of in limbo here, since she hasn't posted a May Rotation yet. So yesterday I did Michelle Dozios' Peak 10 More Cardio Strength. Tough one, but I needed it after a weekend of indulgence!! I also did 150 squats to make up for 50 I missed on Sunday.

today I did a 30 minute run , my 100 squats, and then 300 Rep Ab Challenge I'm doing for May (started a day early).

Roxie: wow, your weather is crazy!!! nice job on the squats!!

Debbie: you have modified your workouts so much for your shoulder and if it's still finicky, you do need to get it looked at more intensely. and fixed!!!

Belinda and Nora: you girls are doing great with the workouts!!! Good to see it!!!
