A friend of mine asked me to go to dinner with her last night because they were doing a fundraiser. The restaurant - Fiesta Jalepenia (sp?) would donate 20% of each bill to the school she works at, which is my alma madder (is that correct?) so I told her I'd go with her. Now I remember why I don't eat Mexican food anymore.
All night I felt like I had a big rock in my stomache. And this morning isn't much better. Never again. I love Mexican food, but it does bad things to me.
I lost 3# last week and now I bet I gained it all back.
I got up this morning with a determination of running no less than 3 miles. So I did. I chose
Run Fit with Candace and I had an excellent workout even though half way through I thought I was going to loose my mexican cookies. LOL!

That 468 calories probably burned about a third of what I ate. I hope the scale is gentle to me tomorrow.
