Crazy, strong & loving it for April!

Good Morning,

I took my mom home yesterday so back on track today. I did 80 squats yesterday and the TM for 30 mins today is KCM Cardio Blast 2 and some abs. I slept wrong and my neck and shoulders hurt.

I started week 4 of my rotation. Today I did Kick, Punch and Jam.

I am back I the morning.
 
No workout today, either. I stayed at work for about an hour yesterday and came home. I felt nauseous and tired and had a bad headache. I slept pretty much all day. I feel better today and my appetite is slowly coming back. I only had 2 bowls of cereal and toast with PB on it yesterday. My head still hurts but other than that, I should be ok to go into work today.

Great workouts everyone! I hope to be back at it tomorrow.

I did KCM Your Best Body 2, 100 squats, 30 mins on the TM. I am feeling better today the cough is easing up. I sure wish the weather would warm up and stay there.

Waiting up for my oldest to come home so I thought I'd catch up. I woke up last night with a horrible headache, too, Debbie. I think mine had to do with little sleep, stressful weekend at work, stress of the Boston Marathon Bombing yesterday. I took 2 Excedrin and slept a few more hours and felt 90% better. I did XTRAIN Burn Sets CBS and then did a 25 minute run.

Yesterday I did premix of Cardio Leg Blast.

Belinda: you are always cleaning or remodeling or moving!!

Debbie: sorry to hear you're not doing well. What's causing this? Something new going on? Hope the supplement helps sooner.

Roxie: great job with KCM! I'm looking forward to her new workouts coming soon.

Nora: great job combating!!! Always motivating to see your workouts every day!
 
Got on my treadmill today and did Cardio Coach #2 revised. I had an ok workout. My HR is till up there but getting better. I took it fairly easy today. This workout is a tough one, though. I don't remember it being as challenging as it was.

Chris - Do you mean what's causing the anxiety issue? Probably all this stuff going on with my mom. Her vision is still crap and eventually she will have to move in with us. I don't mind that at all, I'd feel better if she were with us, but it's such a sad time to see her have to give up her independence, her house, the way she does things. This whole thing has been very hard on me. I'm surprised it hasn't happened sooner.

Once again this weeks got me behind the 8 ball time wise so I'll do a quick check in and skip personals. I still can't believe about the Boston Marathon bombs yesterday. My prayers are with the injured and their families and especially for those that died or are in critical condition heaps for all those people.

Today was a 30 minute run, 20 minute walk afterwards w/ my dogga, and 100 squats.

Debbie: I understand about the worry about your mom. ((hugs)). Are you feeling better physically? hope the yoga helped.

Nora: I really love your combos w/ Combat. Always sounds so balanced and burn a ton o calories!!! .

Roxie: Are you doing 100 squats a day now? ..I know, first Boston bombing and now Waco. So tragic and sad. :(

Belinda: sounds like you enjoy the house stuff though, it's all good!

My turn to have teenager issues. God help me get through these years with my sanity.

A friend of mine asked me to go to dinner with her last night because they were doing a fundraiser. The restaurant - Fiesta Jalepenia (sp?) would donate 20% of each bill to the school she works at, which is my alma madder (is that correct?) so I told her I'd go with her. Now I remember why I don't eat Mexican food anymore. :eek:

All night I felt like I had a big rock in my stomache. And this morning isn't much better. Never again. I love Mexican food, but it does bad things to me.

I lost 3# last week and now I bet I gained it all back. :(

I got up this morning with a determination of running no less than 3 miles. So I did. I chose Run Fit with Candace and I had an excellent workout even though half way through I thought I was going to loose my mexican cookies. LOL!

CARDIO STATS:

3+ miles traveled


That 468 calories probably burned about a third of what I ate. I hope the scale is gentle to me tomorrow.

I am watching the news and they are surronding the second suspects in the bombing first one is dead. I will do KCM Step Boxing 2 and the TM its a rest day from squats. The sun is finally shining tody.

Debbie-take all the time you need. I have to be careful of mexican food lately.

Chris-with the 30 day squat challenge you increase all 30 days today is a rest day and then tomarrow is 130 squats by the time I am done I should be up to 245 squats so I hope my butt looks awesome.

Belinda-hope your dog recovers quickly.
