Hi Girls...
I think I tried to check in from my iPad the other day? maybe not.
I started on medication for my headaches and it threw me for a loop! Holy moly! It gave me a WICKED foggy head. A cross between foggy and wired. I shouldn't have been driving, or working. I did call out of work SUnday night, it was so bad. They dropped me down to one, one a day, instead of twice a day, and it's much better today. I can say, in spite of the side effects, the headaches have been GONE. But geesh, I can't function like that either. I started Thursday, so I have to give it a chance I guess. We'll see...
I didn't work out Sat or Sunday, but I did yesterday. I did Drill Max, attempting to drive the ultra fogginess from my head. It kind of didn't work and the workout was even harder with my head in a cloud!!! And it's hard to start!
Today I did Burn Sets CBS. And yesterday I caught up with my squats and did 300!!!!



Today I'm back to 100.
Roxie: good to see you're feeling better enough to do your KCM workouts. Are you doing squats every day too? It can't hurt!!
Debbie: I can imagine you'd be getting tired of yoga! I think adding in lighter strength/weights is great! Any good bike riding weather there yet?
Nora: You could be addicted to worse! Speaking of addiction!!! ..... I ordered the workouts called "My Addiction" from totalfitnessDVD this weekend, during her Spring clearance sale, (Plus the 10% off and free S&H). They are heavy bag workouts!! I'm so excited for those. I love hitting the bag , kind of like combat, i think! SO i'm excited for those!
Hopefully my head will stay straight this week!!
