***Crazy Strong & Loving It! for 4/28

Roxie: In your slow cooker- spray with Pam. Add 5 cups of water, 1 cup of steel cut oats and cook on low all night. I also add dried blueberries or cherries (unsweetened). Breakfast is ready in the morning with no fuss whatsoever. Sometimes I add a scoop of protein powder to the oatmeal to up the protein.

Chris: I eat that snack EVERY NIGHT. Glad you like it! :) Post your recipes here please! I am always up for new ideas. I can post mine here too if you like. That way you don't have to search. :)

Thanks guys for all your ideas. I don't like the texture of oatmeal it is to slimmy for me. I have some stoneyfield yogurt just haven't tried it yet. When I have time for brkfst I eat special k and grapefruit with toast. I love grapefruit.
