Crazy, Strong & Loving it for 2/27

I started my workout again this morning. I'm going to do the last 4 weeks of the rotation I was doing because it's higher reps and I'm just going to concentrate on good form and lighter weights. I need to get my mind away from lifting heavy. I just can't do it anymore. As much of a bummers as that is for me, it's my reality. I'm tired of being in pain. Didn't really feel like much, hoping I'll be sore tomorrow.

Today was 2 sets/18 reps with 1 min. 30 second rest.

Leg Press Station - 135#
***I know this sounds heavy but truly it isn't. I'm laying on my back and pushing the weights up with my legs. I can go very heavy with this one and never have had an injury from it.

Hammer Curls - 12's

Plie Squats - 25#

Lateral Raise - 5's

Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 12's

Dips - Body weight

I also did the ab work from Step Heat. This one is just crunches mostly. Got a great burn from it, though. I also had a few extra minutes left so I foam rolled my upper body a bit.

Debbie, thanks for starting us off. I slept in this morning:p Sorry about the heavy lifting, I know you love it. That's sucks! Your new rotations looks good. Maybe laying off heavy lifting for a few month will do you some good and your muscle/pain will get better. I pinched a nerve in my biceps a few month ago, I need to see a doc about that one soon:eek:

Anyway, today I will do D4 (CSB).

I will be back later. Need to take it easy on the house, I am excusted:confused:

I have been trying to catch up from taking Friday off and I am still behind. I am suppose to do Ellen Barretts Slo-Robics but I might do Turbo Jam instead haven't decided yet. I also can't decide if I want to do the LIS rotation again next month or do a Kettle Worx rotation.

Debbie-sorry you can't lift heavy anymore but at least you can still workout.

Belinda-good job with your workout.

I decided to go ahead and do EB's Slo-Robics. I came home from work really tired so I didn't want to find something else to do.

Hi girls,

No workout for me today, not even foam roller. I need to rest today so that's what I've been attempting to do, kinda a hard but I'm trying.
