Belinda- I didn't think you were supposed to do cardio? OMG! 3 herniated discs! Oh girl, I hope this is something that can be handled without surgery. I don't know much about this sort of thing. No matter what I wish you all the best and becareful with your back. No, more health issues for you, you've exceeded your quota, ok. Hopefully, from here on out you won't have any additional problems. You deserve a pass from all other health problems Ok!

Low Impact Circuit-Premix-Cardio Blast Timesaver= 48 Minutes
Calories burned= 393
Pyramid Upper Body= 57 Minutes
Calories burned= 479
I'm doing Cathe's September 2009 Rotation and so far its been very challenging but that is standard for Cathe's DVD's right?
It's all good though, so love that.
