Morning girls,

I will start the 3.5 month STS rotation today, I will finish up the BBL this week.

I will be back later.
 
This week I am planning on starting with one total body workout. My plan is:

Cardio - Monday & Friday
Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday
Total Body - Wednesday

I figured with yoga before and after my total body, my muscles shouldn't get that tight. I will keep the weights light and concentrate on form and the actual muscle being worked. I'm hoping I will be alright doing this.

Today I did Cardio Coach #1 and then followed that up with MIS Abs. I haven't done an actual ab workout in weeks. It felt good. Did well on both workouts.

I got up this morning and did CLX Burn Circuit 1 and 30 mins on the TM. It was hard getting up I just wanted to go back to sleep but I am hoping to go see GS tonite so I needed it done.

Debbie-sounds like a good workout plan just be careful. GOOD JOB ON THE ABS.

Roxie- Good job with CLX burn circuit #1 today, I did that too! Nicely done on the TM as well. I can relate with not wanting to get up in the am, its a struggle I know and sometimes more than others.;) I love your enthusiasm hoping to do GS tonight as well. Good luck with GS's tonight and great job of getting it done today in terms of working out. WTG!!!:)

Debbie- Great job with Cardio Coach#1 today. I like your new workout plan for this week it sounds like a great way to ease back into things in a safe manner to avoid aggravating anything. Nicely done today girlfriend keep up the great work.

Belinda- Wow! You're taking on another STS 3.5 month rotation, you go girlfriend. You are amazing, I wish you lots of success with that. Today I did Cathe's Yoga Relax. I feel great right now and ready for Muscle Max. I was looking at the premixes to see if there was a shorter workout and there is one on there that says "Timesaver" but it's 56 minutes long. How long is MM in total time? I didn't think it was much longer than 60 minutes?

Chris - I finally ordered Yoga Meltdown along with two other yoga workouts. Can't wait to get them!

Nora - I know I am a nut, I am getting ready for Xtrain. Haven't lifted heavy in a few month. Awesome job with TF AB Hits and CB.

I finally got a decent nights sleep so I couldn't get up so tonite I will go to the park for a walk/run.

Nora-I didn't do GS I visited my grandson.

Hiya Girls!

Started week 4 of the January 2012 3 Month Rotation this week. Yesterday was LIS Total Body Trisets: Upper Body Premix. Got a Great workout as evidenced by pretty decent DOMS today in upper body! And abs too!! Love how she adds on core/abs on the last triset.

Today was Meso 2, Week 2 Legs. Trisets, done 3 times through. If I sit too long my glutes start talking to me after this one! I added on Extended Stretch too. Felt great!

Nora: Excellent job with CLX and TF HiiT yesterday!!! Good ones! Oh, and abs! Those ab hits ALWAYS make me sore. The traditional ab work is killer!

Belinda: BBL AND STS! you are crazy, girl!!! ;)

Debbie: I'm almost thinking MM is like 70 minutes! :eek: It's a long one! Good idea on putting yoga before and after. Yoga Meltdown is not your traditional stretchy yoga. It's a WORKOUT. You will love it! (might not want to do it after your total body weight workout).

Roxie: Funny how you and Nora both did CLX! Enjoy your baby and the park!

Tonite I went and did a 2 mile walk/run in the park which was nice but after tomarrow it probably will be the TM its suppose to get cold.

Chris-Great job on starting a Rotation no doubt it will be killer. Nicely done yesterday with LIS Total Body Trisets: Upper Body Premix. I see today you did Meso 2, Week 2 Legs. Trisets, done 3 times. I definitely think adding the extended stretch would feel awesome after all that, good call. As always, amazing workouts for you, keep up the killer job, WTG!!!:cool:;)

Today was total body for the first time in months. I chose High Reps instead of Muscle Max because it was easier to go light with this workout. MM is more of a higher weight type workout. I did well with this. My highest weight was 20# and that was for the leg work. My weights ranged from 3# to 10# dumbbells. I stopped some of the exercises when I felt my upper back getting tight and starting to sting. Hopefully I'll be ok. Had a pretty good workout.

Debbie- Bravo for High Reps you did today with lighter weights, much more so than what you'd previously lifted. That is so awesome that you did High Reps and finding that the lighter weights is easier on the areas you've been having trouble with. Great job~ Side note, Les Mills Pump is all high reps barbell work and its fun and a great total body high rep work out too you might like as well. Its just a thought, no worries I know you will do what is best for you. ((Hugs)) WTG!!!;)

Chris- Hugs to you I know you're doing a great rotation and proabably did workout already today. You go girlfriend and have fun with the Jan 2012 rotation you're doing. Take care and get your rest!;):)

Tonite my stomach was upset so I couldn't do the run so I just walked for a mile then I did CLX Burn Circuit 2 and my muscles are shaking.
 
Hey girls...

Checking in late today. My boys had 1/2 day of school and kept me busy. I did get my workout in. Instead of Athletic Training, I decided to do Bob Harper's Kettlebell Body Sculpt. It was a circuit KB workout, which I really liked. I love swinging that thing!! I also did 15 minutes of Yogarelax.

Belinda: nice job on Disc 2 today!! I am at the end of week 4 of this rotation (next week is recovery week). As usual with STS, I am seeing better definition in my upper body. I really need to straighten out my eating, though. To see weight loss. I started eating higher protein, and it seems to be helping this week so far.

Debbie: you must have felt great getting some weight work in! Did you miss it?

Roxie: at least you got outside. And a good sleep!! Nice combo!

Nora: great double workout today!! Are you doing a CLX rotation now? Or just random workouts?
 
Today was yoga and I did Karen Voight's Yoga Strength. It was perfect for my tight muscles from yesterday's workout. I have DOMS but not too bad. I'm glad about that!

Nora - I thought you could only buy Les Mills if you were an instructor? Did they change that. Can you give me some names of the workouts you like that are total body? You have my curiosity peaked.

Chris - Honestly, no, I haven't missed lifting all that much. It's been a nice break. It was nice to feel the iron in my hands again, but the obsession is gone. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing?

Roxie - I'm sorry you didn't feel well, I hope you feel better today. How are things going with your DH?

Belinda - I see you're doing STS again! You go girl!!! :eek:
