Roxie- Good job with CLX burn circuit #1 today, I did that too! Nicely done on the TM as well. I can relate with not wanting to get up in the am, its a struggle I know and sometimes more than others.

I love your enthusiasm hoping to do GS tonight as well. Good luck with GS's tonight and great job of getting it done today in terms of working out. WTG!!!
Debbie- Great job with Cardio Coach#1 today. I like your new workout plan for this week it sounds like a great way to ease back into things in a safe manner to avoid aggravating anything. Nicely done today girlfriend keep up the great work.
Belinda- Wow! You're taking on another STS 3.5 month rotation, you go girlfriend. You are amazing, I wish you lots of success with that. Good for you finishing up this week with BBL, awesome stuff so do you have a nice bum bum? LOL!!! Just kidding. Great work!
