Crazy, Strong and Loving it for October 2014!!

I did Cycle Max Express this morning and holy cow what a workout burned 463 calories in 55 minutes. After reading the news letter I will do KCM's Split Sessions Upper Body later and my planks.

Chris-yes I use to walk with her until my DD got back in town, she was very two faced.

I have an dental appointment this afternoon, my tooth is still hiring. Need to get that checked out. I will be back later for personals.

I finished working out at around 9:30AM. When I was able later around 1pm or so to login and check in the website was down for maintenance. So here I am to check in.

Here's this AM's workout:

Cardio Coach Volume 1- My Shorter Mix = 21 Min

Distance= 1.80 Miles

BodyRock- HiiT Max Day# 6= 18 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 220

Body Beast- Bulk Block#2- Bulk Chest= 30 Min
MV= 6.0
CB= 246

Total Calories burned= 737:)

I did 4DS Low Intensity a Step , with shoulders and core. Skipped calves.

Good morning,

Saw my dentist yesterday , he took an X-ray on my tooth. I have a 2 damaged nerves when my dentist did the crown a few weeks ago. I am back on antibiotics for 10 day's, if that doesn't do the trick I have to see a specialist for the damaged nerve . I still can't eat anything on that site. It hurts like hell!

I promise I will catch up on personals this afternoon.
 
Hi everyone! I have decided to take one more week off. I'm just not ready to start back, it's been so great sleeping a little longer and not worrying about it. My left knee is feeling really good but my right knee and elbow is still aching a bit. I hope it goes away. I'm afraid to start up again and just bring it all back, so hopefully one more week will be good.

Hope you guys are kicking butt with your workouts!

Debbie, you could maybe do some stretches and low impact/walking just to keep you moving.

Belinda, OWIE on the tooth issues. I'm sorry. I hate tooth pain. (and I like to eat!)

Today instead of 40/20 HiiT , I did a mish mosh of To The Max. Started off with the Lower Impact premix and switched Lower Body Compound work for 30/20 HiiT. 43 minutes total.

I am only going to be able to do cardio the rest of the week cut my thumb while peeling potatoes took 30 minutes to get the bleeding to stop.

Nora - thanks about the tooth. I am on my 2nd round antibiotic, hopefully this will do the trick.

Roxie- Sorry to hear about your thumb injury. Please take it easy, no worries on the workouts. If you can do some form of workout great if not there is nothing wrong with resting and healing taking a rest week. Take care girlfriend and have a blessed day, no more peeling potatoes.;)

Hi Girls,

Today was 4DS Kickbox. I feel a little overwhelmed with all the cardio this week, so I just did the warm up , and then did the Leg Weight work. Also Core and Stretch. It came up to 52 minutes, so a good self made premix!

Belinda, I like the sound of Yogalates! Cool! I'm glad your tooth is a little better. Enjoy the nice day! (it's nice here too)

Roxie, wow, you probably should have gotten stitches! Sounds like a bad cut!! At least you can do cardio still.

Nora, you also did a nice mish mosh today! LOL! . Awesome job as always on the mix of cardio and Body Beast!

SBF Upper glutes (25 min)and Core 2 (15 min) is done! Core 2 was super tough. I know I will feel my abs tomorrow. I am still sore from yesterday’s workout. Great workouts! I also did Jeanette Jenkinks 21 Day TB Circuit A (Chest, Tric &Booty )= 38 min

Roxie - congrats on the new job! I am so happy for you.

I didn't get a call today I didn't sleep well anticipating a call weird I know. I did Cyclemax Express this morning and I new I would love a spin bike to bad I have to give it back.
