Crazy, Strong and Loving it for Novemeber!!

Good Morning,

I decided to do KCM's KBX workout 1 instead of hard strikes not up to all those jumping jacks.

Debbie-I agree with Chris probably the meds but you had a good workout even if it was different then last time. I need to change the battery in my chest strap but it has to be broken and reglued to change it.

Today I did warm up from IMAX2 then did STS Total Body Upper Body Premix followed by 300 Weighted Lunges outside with my dog cheering me on!

Nora: Double workout again! :eek::eek: I still want your energy!

Debbie: I'm sure it's the medication. Most BP meds drop your HR too. Not much you can do about it, I don't think. As long as you are feeling better, that's what is important!!

Belinda: Enjoy DC!!!! Beautiful day!!

Roxie: I getcha on the jumping in Hard Strikes. I am not a fan.

Oh! I saw a clip from KCM's new Tabata workout on Youtube. She posted it on her website and on FB. ... Did you girls see? Says she's going to have the presale today or tomorrow. :)

I am already in DC, got here very early 6 a.m. It only took us 1:10 min. Which is amazing time. After I had coffee at DD's house , I did my workout. I just got done with my workout. I did Turbo Fire 60=60 min and 10 Pounds Slim Down Recovery Core.

Debbie - Good job this morning.

Chris - nice job on IMAX and your weight workout today.

Roxie - I hear you on that one. I hate jumping jacks! WTG!

Nora - have fun with your workout today.

Roxie- Hi, looks like you had a fun workout with KCM's KBX workout 1 instead of Hard Strikes because of all the jumping jacks. I hear ya on that one I like the workout but don't care for that many jumping jacks. I often will substitute jump rope in place for that and it seems doable especially when I can't deal with one more JJ. Nice workout with KCM today, I love that you substituted a different workout and still got it done for Friday. WTG girlfriend, now go and have a fab Friday. ;):)

Debbie- I see you did Cardio Coach #6 with Sean today, I love his voice. Congrats on having a great workout today. Hmm, not sure what to make of the 15-20 beats lower than usual. I'd definitely do a self check that you feel ok and check the batteries on the HR monitor. If all is fine then maybe its what the blood pressure meds are doing for you. I'm just guessing that could be the answer. If you are concerned definitely call your doctor. In the meantime its likely the HR monitor. Take care and have a fab Friday and be well.;):)

ps. Chris thanks for the heads up about KCM's Tabata one that should be up for presale soon, I saw the clip and it looks good. I can't wait!:)

So unfortunately I received a call about my Echo saying it came back abnormal. I have an appointment to see the cardiologist on Wednesday. I'm thinking it's not that much of an issue or they would have had me come in right away, but I'm still a bit worried. I'm thinking the aortic valve is leaking a bit more than it was but I have no idea what that means and what will have to be done if anything. I'll just wait until my appointment and take it from there.

Chris - Is it normal practice for the tech to give out information of a test? The lady that did my Echo told me she didn't see anything out of the ordinary and in fact, did see that I have three aortic valves. I'm actually shocked that they called me and said it came back abnormal. Should I say anything about this tech when I see the doctor? I hate to get her in trouble.

I ended up doing Turbo Fire EZ45 again and Charlene Extreme Abs! My son's gf did Turbo Fire with me, it was her first time doing it.

Debbie - I hope you ok! (((HUGS))) I will keep you in my prayers! Please, don't do any workouts until Wednesday. Keep us posted!!

I did Xtrain AOLIH and 20 minutes on the TM, I should walk outside its almost 75 here which is unusual for this time of year but the wind is blowing really hard.

Belinda-I have 2 more wks of Xtrain and then I decided I like the results I am getting so I plan on doing the Xtrain LIS 90 day rotation.
 
Hi Debbie-

I just wanted to let you know you are in my prayers and I'll be praying for you to get good news Wednesday. In the meantime take it easy and try to relax. Not sure about workouts until after Wednesday, but that is up to you just be careful and listen to your body like always;):)

I did workout this morning, I'm feeling ok so I figured why not. I did Cardio Coach #1. Short and sweet. Had a pretty good workout.

CARDIO STATS:
40 minutes total
9 minutes below zone
28 minutes in zone
4 minutes above zone
293 calories burned
2.25 miles traveled


Again, heart rate would not come up. I only hit my Level 3 for like 4 minutes. I'm taking all this info with me on Wednesday and when I see my doctor. I hope they can give me some answers. It really bugs me that I can't get to my level 3 anymore.

I finished my workout a while ago. I did 10 PSD TB.

I also will go for a nice long walk. BBL with personals.
 
Today I did Pyramid Lower Body but only the standing part and the calf raises. I don't care for the floor work, a lot of it hurts my knees. Had a pretty good workout, worked up a good sweat!

yesterday I did Rockout Knockout premix with the Heavy Bag bonus! LOVED!!!

today was Lower Body Blast. Didn't love so much. Low pulse lunges HURT :eek: But I guess that's good for me

I have been cleaning house still have a couple of rooms to go. I wasn't up to Tabata today so I just walked on the TM for 30 minutes but I will switch my workouts around and do some kickboxing later.

Chris-I have watched that dvd but I haven't done it yet. I don't like low pulse lunges either its the one thing that keeps me from doing Xtrain Legs.

Debbie-I am beginning to not like any floor work I feel its a waste of time.
