Crazy, Strong and Loving it for Novemeber!!

I did 40 mins on the TM and TBS Basic Stretch. I previewed Party Rockin Step 1&2 and have decided they are probably going to sit on the shelf along with Step Moves, Athletic Step and Rythmic Step just to much choreograpy.

Today is kickboxing. Than I am finished with the 10 Pound Slim Down rotation. Loved the rotation.

Today I did Run Fit and my stats are downstairs and I don't feel like going to get them. I'll post them on here later. I had an excellent workout. I know I ran 3.25 miles and I think I burned 468 calories.

Belinda- Congrats on your finishing your 10 pounds slim down rotation, that is awesome. You should feel great and look great no doubt. Excellent job, keep up the great workouts. ;):D

I haven't worked out yet I had to go pay my tags and taxes on our vehicles then I cleaned the bathroom, swept the kitchen floor, and started the laundry. Its my last week of Xtrain.

Nora-I decided I didn't like KCM's new one enough to get it.

Today I did the STS Total Body workout and did the Lower Body Premix only. Had a great workout. Upped the weights a bit and felt it in all the right places! LOL!!! I'll be sore for sure.

Roxie - Did you hear anything about the jobs yet?

Belinda - Congrats on completing your rotation! It sounded like a fun one!

Nora - Nice calorie burn yesterday, girl! WOW! You'll be ready to eat turkey and all the trimmings by Thursday! LOL!!

Chris - Where are you? Hope you are doing well! Have you completed the Whole30? How as it? Will you continue with it?

I did Xtrain AOLIH, Shape Abs Basic, and 30 minutes on the TM, I am trying to boost my workouts this week because of all the bad eating I will be doing I have 2 Thanksgivings this week.

Debbie-if I hear anything from the job hear in town it will be tomarrow if I don't hear then I didn't get it, the other job I won't know until next week.

Belinda-take a rest day you deserve it.

I love that you are planning ahead with upping your workouts this week because thanksgiving and knowing you'll be eating and enjoying the great food. I say bravo for you planning on enjoying thanksgiving and upping the workouts this week to compensate for it. I love that winning thinking of yours, WTG!! I wish you luck on both jobs you're trying for but I do hope that the one in town does call you first. Good luck and take care girlfriend!;)

Belinda- Oh you'll be leaving for your vacation tomorrow, sounds fun. Where are you going? How long will you be visiting? I'd say about the working out today possibly, its up to you. If you need to organize and pack do that instead, or if you feel antsy and need to keep busy then workout if you want. Really, just do what you feel is best and have fun on your vacation and since you'll be gone during Thanksgiving, and a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.;):D

Debbie- Great workout today you did with STS Total Body workout- Lower Body Premix only that is a great workout. I'm glad you had an excellent workout and were able to up the weights a bit and feeling it in a good way in all the right places. I hope you won't be too sore tomorrow, maybe a good stretch and a shorter run? Just a thought. Oh I was going to ask what you think of Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch or her new one Full Body Stretch dvd, which do you have? If you have one or both which do you reach for most often? I've been thinking about getting a stretch dvd maybe a Christmas gift to myself next month we'll see. Anyways, I respect your opinion and wanted your thoughts on those two dvds. Great workout today girlfriend, now go and have an awesome day!;):)

Belinda- I just popped in and read your post. I'm so sorry to hear this news about your brother-in-law suffering a stroke. I'm sure this is a very worrysome time for you and your family. I will most definitely pray for your brother-in-law. How's your DH doing? Please think positive and pray and I'll do the same wishing for health and healing for your brother-in-law. Belinda-sorry to hear about your brother-in-law. How is your DH holding up thinking of you?

Roxie- Nicely done today with Xtrain BS CB&S, then Run/Walk Intervals on the TM for 30 minutes. Bravo, that is great and a great workout I love the run/walk intervals those are so good and of course Xtrain is amazing as well. Great workout today and high five to you for getting it done. I know holiday family gatherings can be stressful but please just remember you are a good person and just decide to not let any negative thoughts or emotions get the better of you. Just let any unwanted comments or behavior just role right off your back and kill'em with kindness they'll never see it coming and be stunned. Remember you get to go home afterwards so hang in there, you can do it girlfriend.;)

Belinda- I posted earlier and will keep your brother-in-law in my thoughts and prayers. I wish you and your family all the best and please take care. Happy Thanksgiving wishes in advance.;):)

I went Thanksgiving shopping with my DD and DS' GF, came home ate a nice crusty bread and broke my back tooth:confused: DH/DD and DS's girlfriend called around to find a dentist in our area. Nobody took new patients or already closed for Thanksgiving:mad: Alesia found a dentist not very far from my house after calling around for over 1.5 hours. They were so nice:D They temporally fixed/filled my tooth. I have to go back after my vacation and get a crown. I was so afraid to lose my tooth:( half my tooth is gone. I been looking for a good dentist for the last 2 years, I guess I found one today:D Everyone was so nice! DH said they were nice because I paid cash:p:p off course they nice:eek:

No workout for me today:confused:

Today, is a day to give thanks to everyone and all that we are blessed with and do have. One of the many things I have to be thankful for is discovering Cathe and meeting all of you. You girls are the best and I wish you all the very best always not just the in the holiday season. Thank you for your kindness and friendship and for being great workout buddies.;)

Wow, I think that Kelly did get me good. That is one tough workout I jus finished and I'm already feeling it. I don't know if I'll be able to do tomorrow's scheduled workout or not, we'll see. KCM's Shape Up is awesome you gotta give it a try and its most definitely Tabata style and advanced, oh yes indeedy it is. Phew!!
